Great spot for groups This was a great spot for our friend trip! Spacious with 2 separate bedroom and bathrooms, close to plenty of good food, and right next door to the concert venue.

MAGNÍFICO APARTAMENTO PARA UNA FAMILIA DE 5 PERSONAS Una estupendo piso para estar cerca de Nashville yendo en coche y con todas las comodidades de un piso con todo y puesto con gusto. Garaje incluido con buena cocina, lavadora y secadora. Volveríamos otra vez si volvemos a Nashville. Gracias

Big and spacious. Location in walking distance from a few bars and restaurants. Not far from downtown but away from the traffic. Beds were a bit hard, and so recommend blackout curtains for the front room area/patio.

Functional, for a long stay. Likes: The location was great, felt pretty safe as it was a lively area. Parking was never a problem which I was worried about. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great. I had some issues which the virtual staff attended to in the most part which was good. Dislikes: It was noisy outside which I was 100% aware of before I booked, but there were also a lot of parties in the apartment next door especially at weekends. The apartment was ok very drab, and generally a bit tired, there was chewing gum in the dryer for example, which I had to clean. Limited Kitchen utensils, no tea towels, the oven smelled when I used it, the window in spare room wouldn't close which made the apartment noisy.

Rooms were good. We had a one bedroom and two bedroom which we used as our wedding getting ready room. Parking is limited. Make sure you take a look at the parking map they send you. Super large cars will be tough to park because of the limited space.

Getting around

The Five Points is wonderfully walkable, so you can spend your days popping into restaurants, bars, shops, and cafés on foot while staying at The Eighteen. Heading a little farther? Rideshares are the easiest way to get downtown or to the airport. If you’re driving, we’ve got on-site parking waiting for you. You’ll also see electric scooters and bike share stations nearby, perfect for quick rides around the neighborhood. WeGo buses run between East Nashville and downtown, too, though they’re best for straight-shot routes rather than short hops. Nashville International Airport (BNA) is about 7 miles away, so getting in and out of the city is easy.
