Lovely quirky oasis at the crossroads of the bustle. Lovely quirky spot at the crossroads of the bustle. Great location if you're looking for music, night life and simple comforts. It's clean and has character without being overly fancy. Easy access to the river, the French quarter and Frenchmen Street without being right IN the chaotic middle (well, a small step away). The courtyard design creates the sense of an oasis of calm, though it can get loud at night when crowds are reveling. But they provide earplugs! If your room faces the pool you also get that lovely trickling water white noise. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

kind staff ! beautiful hotel ! very tucked away and private but within walking distance of EVERYTHING you need ! the staff was the highlight of the trip . obviously things get loud here but the hotel has sound machines to help !

still the best funky hotel in New Orleans Likes: It's our 7th stay at the Frenchmen Hotel since the kids have grown, the facilities are good, the jacuzzi is excellent, if not a bit temperamental, but the staff were excellent and kept it going for the holiday

So Good Best stay ever. The premisice is so unique and the room is very clean and spacious while having Frenchman street entertainment right in front of you. The room itself where I stayed was still somehow very quiet. The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating as well. Oh and the price is very reasonable, at least when I was here. One of the best places I’ve ever stayed and would highly recommend.

Loved my stay at the Frenchmen Hotel! The location is 10/10, close to music, restaurants, bars and shopping! The whole staff was fantastic but Bianca was really amazing! So incredibly helpful with everything we needed and provided such a welcoming environment. I thought the rooms and ambiance was so charming and we got a lot of use out of the pool and hot tub! Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful spot and cozy room, right in the middle of everything we were wanting to do and more! Would highly recommend and definitely want to come back!

Great spot close to where I wanted to be I loved the scale and the general vibe of the whole space from the courtyard to the feel of the room with its well placed hooks and ample outlets.

I had a wonderful spontaneous , last minute, stay at the Frenchmen! Would definitely stay here again! Cute boutique hotel vibes! There is noise outside with restaurants/music/etc. nearby but that added to the personality in my opinion! So glad I decided to GO!

A beautiful unit in a historic building close to the bustle of Frenchmen Ave and a moderate walk to the French Quarter. It was a lovely stay & we hope to be back soon!

Our stay was amazing!

Excellent service and stay! The location was perfect for jazz lovers. The hotel was nice, very comfortable. But the area where they go above and beyond is their staff!!! So friendly, helpful, made us feel like we were the only ones there! Great location for getting around town. 10/10 would recommend !

The Frenchman was the perfect place for us to stay while visiting the French Quarter. They had the most affordable rates for the location. Everything we wanted to do was within a 15 minute walk. The rooms were comfortable and fashionable (my husband and I like fun colors and wallpaper). As long as you don’t mind a small bathroom, it’s perfect! We were warned about there maybe being some late night noise, it is right next to a bar after all. But we didn’t experience any major disruption in our night, and the white noise machine in the room was a huge plus! The common area has free water and a Keurig, as well as the rooms having a kettle and instant coffee and tea options. The rooms have smart TVs, so you can just log in to your subscriptions and it will auto log out on check-out day. The staff was SUPURB. Always greeting us when we walked in and wishing us a good time when we left. They had recommendations and tips on the ready and overall were super personable. My bit of tourist advice when visiting here: the parking. The hotel does not have partnered parking anywhere. They do recommend a certain lot over others BUT we kept our car in a lot covered by AirGarage Parking on Gov Nicholls Warf. It’s more patrolled and since we essentially wanted to park our car and not come back to it for 4 nights it seemed the safest option. $25 a night, pricey but worth it for the peace of mind

Just know that this is a New Orleans Party street! It's loud. and know that the building is old and multi story, so there's gonna be neighbors stomping around all hours. But that being said, the staff was UH-MAZEBALLS, The room was clean, the bed was sooo comfortable, AND, the room came with a white noise machine, and earplugs. If you can handle the party, you'll give it 5 stars too!

Bianca and the entire team were incredible. We booked several rooms for an author event and every single person from housekeeping to the desk attendants went above and beyond for us. We love this location and love the vibes, def recommend to everyone passing through town.

Fun getaway Frim the minute we walked in We felt so at home. Erica is awesome!! She does everything there. We truly have a new friend in NOLA.

Our main concern was in not knowing our room was next to a busy corridor, and that a room above us would not be soundproofed enough to keep the noise from keeping us awake.

This place was such a score! We instantly felt welcome and at home. Bianca served up top notch hospitality, was warmly gracious and welcoming. All staff was friendly and helpful The bed was very comfortable. The patio was a perfect hang out spot. The walkability was super convenient. If I can, I will stay here every time I visit. Seriously. On a scale of 1-5, I’d give it a 7.

Kasa is in the perfect location! The nightlife is so fun and energetic, even on Tuesday and Wednesday. It was so easy navigating home after going out in the French quarter. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. A/C works great. Loved the rooftop and pool. The wooden bedframe is a shin destroyer. The corner posts are sharp-cornered, far from the mattress, and the room is small, so it is hard to avoid. The rubber corner covers to soften the blow are on the bed posts at the headboard/against the wall… it may be of benefit to put rubber covers over the posts at the foot of the bed

i received a text at 3:51 stating our room was ready, we then went to the hotel to check in, once we got there we were told the room was not ready and it would be 15 mins before it was done. we waited almost an hour before we were able to actually get into the room. outside of that the stay was great, just wished we had a little more communication instead of waiting in the hotel we could’ve walked the area and not felt like we wasted time in the lobby of the hotel. location was great and place was very clean.

Cute spot. This is our second time staying here. Unfortunately there was no hot water for showers in the evening or morning. Otherwise, it was a nice stay.

The historical significance of the hotel and their ability to keep it as true to the neighborhood. The Staff was very helpful.

We had a great stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and I absolutely loved the look and overall vibe of the place. The pool area was definitely one of my favorite parts and was such a nice place to hang out and relax. It can get a little loud around the pool area, but it honestly wasn’t terrible or enough to ruin our experience/sleep. My only real downside was the parking. There isn’t a dedicated parking lot, so you have to find nearby parking and pay for it separately. It can get pretty expensive I ended up spending over $65 a day just on parking so I would definitely recommend budgeting for that ahead of time. Other than the parking situation, I really enjoyed my stay and had a great experience overall. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location on Frenchmen st. This is a great place and a great location. Great original building that has been well maintained and is very comfortable. The staff was super helpful and offered many recommendations. We will definitely stay again, next time for a longer stay.

What an AWESOME hotel! More “NoLA” than you could even imagine. First, for the layperson, the French Quarter is the tourist attraction of NoLA. Frenchman is “The Quarter“ of the locals. At the end of the Bourbon chaos, off the beaten path, but with all the great Live Music venues, great food and vibes. And this hotel is the NAMESAKE of the Frenchman district AND street. So you KNOW it’s good and represents!!! Second, the vibe of the hotel is like checking into your NoLA apartment bldg for the weekend. The lobby is awesome and you’re either greeted by lovely Courtney, or given awesome recs by baddie Bianca or just wished well by Cullen who was ALWAYS smiling and happy and fun! Third, idk if all the units are split level, but mine was sofabed, coffee table, bathroom vintage fridge DOWNSTAIRS, and bedroom UPSTAIRS and the decor couldn’t be MORE NoLA. Forth - can we talk about the towels!?!? LUXURIOUS, LONG, SOFT, and there were FOUR!!! And the pillows and bedding were also premium. Little things go a BIG way with me. Hence this stellar review 😁 Lastly, I can’t WAIT to come back and stay here. Trust me.Super cool spot. Very reasonable room rates. Pool and Hot Tub. Chicory coffee in the lobby. I had a blast. Save yourself from the quarter, stay in the Frenchman, and you’ll get your steps in everyday walking to every where you wanna go ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (It won’t let me post my video of my room but it was awesome)

Very good location, very clean, pool access was a surprise to us but that’s a good surprise to discover in the New Orleans heat!

Great location! There were many options for bars, restaurants, shops all just around the corner from the hotel. There was also a small convenience store (2 min walk) that was open until 8pm. The pool/jacuzzi were located right in front of my room. The room had very cute details (included a fridge for convenience and a coffee maker).

Stayed here for two nights and loved the area. New Orleans is truly magical. Room didn’t quite match the photos of the one we booked, but overall we were satisfied and the location can’t be beat. I would never stay near Bourbon St but this area was lively but quiet when we needed it to be. Can’t wait to be back.

The hotel was located in the area of the Jazz clubs (great location with bars, restaurants and shops) Frenchmen St. had lots of options for entertainment. The hotel was more of a boutique hotel which I loved. It felt secure, great amenities inside the room, pool was located right outside my room, a/c worked great!

Good stay, great location. Likes: Price and location Dislikes: The old himes in this district are what they are. The room was very small, and the floor was not level which made inebriated navigation comical.

We absolutely loved our stay here! ❤️ The old historic building gives this little hotel so much charm and character, and we really loved the atmosphere. The location is perfect — right near Frenchmen Street, with great cafés, bars, and live music all within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable. A special thank you to Erica❤️ at the front desk — she was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful, and made us feel very welcome. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place!

Great trip, great staff, great location, great price. Great price, great location, great staff. It is an old building like most in the French Quarter so the rooms are small and the amenities are not what you would typically expect with a hotel. We had a lovely stay and would do so again.

Had such a good stay! Rooms were perfect and the facilities were spot on. Everything you needed was there & available. Location is great... Within 15 mins walk of most of the french quarter spots. Would definitely stay here if we came back😍 highly reccomnend. I can't remember the staffs names but everyone we dealt with were great
