Likes: Location and cleanliness

Great experience at Kasa’s Layfayette New Orleans. We had the most helpful concierge Bianca, whom deserves a raise. The staff all went above and beyond to help accommodate our visit. Clean rooms, good views and centrally located for most things to see along the French Quarter!

Clean, conveneint, and would stay again This was a great stay. No complaints about anything. You may need to ask for a dnd as there are not signs in the room. Everything was clean, convenient, and smooth as could be.

This was a great stay in a grand location. The check in and out process were seamless and we didn’t have any hiccups at all with out stay. Room was clean and spatious. You may need to ask for a dnd sign if you wish for it but we let the cleaner know we didn’t want the daily visits and it was respected.

The hotel is beautiful. The room was clean and in order. The front desk was helpful. The representative at the desk for the first couple nights was very professional, dressed in business attire, and very personable. However, on the last night of the stay, the front desk person was a man with a beard and pigtails wearing a tie dye shirt and short shorts. I was very disappointed that you thought this should be the person representing the business. There was a nice restaurant in the hotel that had a rule for proper attire. I can only imagine what the diners thought when they looked out the door to the hotel and saw him.

Wish it had a Microwave and Mini-fridge! Other than that, Hotel was Excellent! Would definitely stay here again! A/C definitely Works! 👍

Had a lovely stay at Lafayette New Orleans. Very nice front desk staff. Quiet, clean, older hotel with character and charm. Great location right on the Charles St. streetcar line. Not far walk to Riverwalk, St. Patrick's Church, WWII Museum, and many restaurants. We walked and took streetcars everywhere and had a marvelous time in this great American city. A lovely place and we highly recommend!

In a very convenient location and nice staff. Only issue is that the room was never cleaned while away.

I would’ve given this a higher rating had there been a swimming pool or breakfast included! We stayed 4 nights this past weekend and it was very comfortable.. until the fourth night. We stayed on the third floor- which if you don’t know look it up! Apparently the third floor specifically is haunted in this hotel. My husband and I were woken up at 1am sharp on the last night but neither of us knew the other was awake until the morning. I was woken up to the tv being completely black but I could still hear the volume! It looked like there was someone standing at the desk by the tv. I figured it was my husband looking for something so I kind of was just laying there for second then I decided it wasn’t my business because the more I looked- it didn’t look like my husband. Dumb on my part, I know! I rolled over and pretended to be sleeping. My husband asked me what I was doing at 1am and I was like there’s no way… he said he woke up because he was freezing… then he couldn’t see the tv but could hear it and it looked like a figure by the desk! We locked the door with 3 different locks so there was no way anyone was getting in.. coincidence? Idk… but it sure was WEIRD. We couldn’t have had the same dream at the same time!

My stay with Kasa was great. Exactly what I wanted out of the location and the amenities. Great price for a one night stay in the heart of New Orleans, exactly where I wanted to be.

I didn’t like there’s no phone in the room in case of emergency, no microwave, the doors are stiff and peeling. The beds are very comfortable and clean, room temperature comfortable, furnitures clean.

Out dated

Very clean and everyone was very nice. Perfect location for all of our weekend activities. Highly recommend the Lafayette to be your place to stay.

Had a great stay! Walkable to French Quarter and also accessible to the streetcar just right outside.

Wonderful

It was gorgeous and historic. Beautiful location. Within walking distance. Easy check in and check out. Loved the balcony. We would definitely stay again and in the same room.

Llegas sin complicaciones porque el checkin se hace en línea. Habitaciones muy cómodas, con colchón y almohadas de primer nivel.

Rooms were very clean and in a convenient location. Marisol made our stay very easy and was super accommodating and friendly from check in to check out.

Its cool

A wonderful stay! Such a nice, historic hotel to stay in! It was beautiful. The air was nice and cold to escape the summer heat. If I ever come back to New Orleans I will be staying here again!
