This seems like a bait and switch--property currently sits in an active construction zone.
Likes: Inside the property is exactly as advertised--a basic, unfancy decor but clean and relatively roomy.
Dislikes: The property description leaves out the fact that the building currently sits in the middle of a giant construction site! Our unit was surrounded on two sides by the construction, which ran from 7:30am to 5pm, and included heavy machinery pounding away--which actually made the apartment shake. The only two windows in our first-floor unit are directly facing the construction: view is piles of dirt and construction materials, with men in hard hats passing inches from the window. When we expressed our dismay and asked to be moved, the property owners offered us earplugs! The information about the construction needs to be included in the current description. This seemed like a bait and switch--we arrived looking for a peaceful getaway and found ourselves living in an active construction zone.
