Clean and centrally located The location was perfect and the accommodations were ideal for the two of us. Clean and bright Parking was easier than expected!. We were able to park and walk the entire time in Traverse City to all of the downtown areas. The instructions for both check in and out were clear and concise

Clean, warm and inviting space. The space was wonderfully clean, beautifully finished and it did provide an amazing workspace to help me focussed - as I think environment is so important! Thanks for making the stay as easy as possible and for the amazing apartment! I especially appreciated the cooking facilities - would recommend to anyone!

Great place to stay..close to everything we wanted to see. Likes: The location was perfect. It was nestled in downtown Traverse City. Our apartment was comfortable and very quiet. We really enjoyed our stay. We walked around town and hiked around Sleeping Bear Dunes. We will definitely stay here again! Dislikes: The only thing I would change would be the couch. Everything else was perfect!

BEWARE! Booking with Kasa means that you have to click a link to go outside Airbnb and enter personal info (that Airbnb already has). We refused and had to get Airbnb involved. After being told that we don’t need to click any links and enter more info for check-in Kasa sent us multiple contradicting messages that took several hours to sort out. They finally agreed to send us our check-in instructions on time but 45 minutes after check-in time we still didn’t have check-in info.

Great communication easy to access and clean. Parking during the day was a little rough but the lot right in back is open all night. Just have to move your car at 7am during the week.

Heavenly This apartment is stunning. It was beautiful! We were able to get groceries and fix our meals instead of growing out. The bed was comfortable and pillows were perfect! We had our own washer and dryer in the unit as well. The bathroom setup was perfect. The shower was large and no issues with hot water. I really like an open concept, so the living room and kitchen area was ideal. The island had three chairs for people to sit at. The only thing I would change is the couch. That was a little uncomfortable, but we weren’t there to sit and watch tv. The apartment is centered in downtown Traverse City (alleyway access). Shopping is walkable. It is only a couple of blocks from Cherry Republic. We visited and hiked Sleeping Bear Dunes and the trails around it. Our stay was peaceful and quiet. No loud nor annoying drunks. If I had any questions, I was able to text KASA, and they immediately responded. I HIGHLY recommend staying here and will certainly do it again.

The place was very clean and the location was perfect with being right in downtown. It was nice to be able to walk everywhere. The only downfalls were that when we originally booked it said that we would have parking included and once we got our check in information it stated that there was no parking and it was pretty inconvenient to park with a meter. My husband had to go outside in the middle of the night to renew the meter. Also the walls are paper thin and the main entrance door is super squeaky and you can hear people coming in and out all night.

Overall the stay was great. Only two negatives I have, one being the address to the apartment matches one directly across the street, and that’s where Google Maps will take you first. Luckily, there were photos of the outside of the building and I was able to figure out it was a different building. Also the shower water pressure was pretty low. Other than that, the stay was perfect and would rent here again.

The Kasa on the Loop is perfect. Great place with the best location. Right downtown and a couple blocks from the water. The apartment was spotless. It has a kitchen and a comfortable living area. And it was easy to navigate the directions to enter the apartment. Highly recommend.

We stayed one night, a Saturday. There is no assigned parking, but we could park in the lot on a Saturday. The space is light, bright, clean, and comfortable. The check-in process was easy. An easily walkable location. It is a construction zone outside the building, but we did not hear any work being done. I would stay here again.

This was the perfect home base to explore Traverse City and the surrounding area! Easy walk to Clinch Park and the TART trail and only a block from all the downtown bars and restaurants. Loved the room and the check in process was really seamless.

Great price for a new apartment downtown TC. Fairly spacious. Was able to walk anywhere we needed. Shower water wouldn’t get hot was my only complaint on the apartment itself. Was disappointed to see the check in process was not through Airbnb, but a different website. Which led to a discrepancy on apartment numbers between their website and the Airbnb app. Was able to figure it out on our own, but you should be able to do everything through the Airbnb app including messaging the host, or be notified before booking if that’s not the case.
