10/10 Exceptional
Kudos to the designer of this place! The style is modern and consistent throughout. Feels like a place I could live in for a while. I especially like the kitchen lighting and the shower. The location is fantastic! Two local coffee shops easily walkable. The 5 stars is for what I see this is about to be AND the fact that they were able to resolve an issue remotely. But to temper the expectations of others, here are the things that future guests may want to know:
-there is no hanging rack. Hangers, yes, but there is no rod yet.
-there is no microwave. I LOVE having the pans and cooktop, and used it for noodles and edamame. But rewarming coffee was awkward.
-it was advertised as one king and one queen, but the queen is a sofa pull-out. A good quality one, but the table in front of it is so heavy that we couldn’t move it out of the way (we could have moved it but would risk hurting myself, so wiser not to). So the second bed can only be used if you have strong people within your family. And if you ask for sheets before the housekeeping leaves. (I recommend to them changing the table to an equivalent style but half the size.)
-accessibility: there is a ramp to the main door and all the current rooms are on the first floor, so no problems getting to the rooms. The other floors are not accessible yet, as the elevator does not work yet. The lower level has a conference table, library space, and gym. This is a “future use” floor, as you can see what’s coming, but no need to go there for those with accessibility needs. (They will need more elevator signs when it’s time)
-gym only has free weights so far, elliptical and others are not ready yet.
-This is as of mid-June 2025, for reference.
