Our stay at tucker was nice it is more for those looking for a hotel feel while on a vacay or business trip than a home-like environment. The area has a lot food restaurants and is directly next to a shopping mall. Overall the stay was enjoyable

Tucker was very responsive and helpful when we needed a second key fob to get into the building. Everything was as advertised, very clean, everything was functional... but the apartment did feel a bit cold and uninviting. There were 4 pieces of art in the whole place (huge photos), and 3 of them were the exact same photo, lol. Just felt a little impersonal. In the parking lot we got a parking ticket for "double parking" from a private parking company... we had a parking pass, and we were parked perfectly correctly, so we're going to contest the ticket, but that was kind of a bummer :-/

Vamos a Miami! Likes: We had a small incident regarding the availability of the property, but i think the misunderstanding was more related to reservation system rather than the property itself. It is a clean and nice apartment. We book also parking space and they compensate the incident we had. Any how, the staff find a good option for us pretty fast. Dislikes: Is not a central option, but ia ok for what it is.

Used to be great, now is shabby Dislikes: The rooms were not clean. Dirty floor with streaks and uncleaned spill from previous guest in bedroom behind the nighttable (Pepto Bismol pink). The curtains were spattered with coffee as was the TV, and the coffeetable had a children's scribbles on it. I think the place was once great value, great location, nice enough furniture, but now it's showing wear and tear and no one is cleaning properly.

The unit was not delivered to me on time, I found it not cleaned yet and it was not delivered to me until after 5pm, it was not as clean as required and it smelled bad, the manager was informed about the incident and he contacted customer service, unfortunately the service is very poor and my family and I are upset with this experience and it will not be repeated.

This building is new and well equipped (parking structure, nice pool at 8th floor, nice deck at 21st floor, nice lobby, etc). Tucker agents replied to my texts which was my preferred way of communication promptly regardless of the time of day. Make sure you bring your phone charger (not only the cable).

nice apartment, great location but poor booking process and management Likes: New apartment with nice building amenities Dislikes: Booking screening way too complex, they ask for way too much personal information for pre-check screening, it’s like getting a mortgage!!! high risk of looking personal data. The local building management was poor.

Problem after problem I never coming back to this place. The apartment was full of roaches on the bathroom and main room. There is an additional fee for parking, $25 per day, and it was terrible, very limited, good luck finding a spot. Extremely poor communication with the front desk. I was charged with an additional $250 and there was no explanation about it, Iwill have to start a fraud claim with my bank. Stay away from this place.
