Clean, cozy, and well-located. Host was attentive, and the space exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!

Nice location/ place but unacceptably DIRTY floors. Likes: The place was nice, good location. Dislikes: The floors were extremely dirty. After having walked around barefoot my feet were blackened underneath. When I contacted the property concerning the problem I did not get any feedback. After several attempts at contacting, they sent someone to clean the floors. However, they never did bother messaging back.

Likes: Good mattress, pillows and comforter. Kitchen stocked with essentials, I could easily cook dinner every night. Dislikes: Building with many apartments on each floor. It took some time to figure out where to park on our floor so you do not need to go down many hallways before getting into your unit.

Likes: The location and the property itself was beautiful. It would have been a 10/10 but we had a little inconveniences throughout the stay but ultimately it was a beautiful apartment. Dislikes: Parking garage was a little tight when it came to our truck.

Get rid of the roaches Likes: I liked the security features and the closeness to a mall and other shopping areas. Dislikes: The small roaches in the apt .

Overall I had a great experience. Apartment is gorgeous, clean, comfortable, super spacious, comfortable beds, extremely well located. Very easy to communicate with the Staff. Very responsive. On the other hand, If your stay is long, make sure to be ready to bring supplies with you as the bare minimum is provided (12 hours after check in for my 3 week stay, we had no toilet paper) and no soap is provided for the washer. Shampoo/conditioner, dishwasher soap - all is provided. Kitchen misses some basic stuff if you plan to cook in the apartment, there’s no blender, no salt/pepper/oil, no paper towels or kitchen towels. And most of all, make sure you don’t ever loose the fob provided at check in as you will be charged an insane amount of $250 to get it replaced. That was definitely the lowlight of my trip. I unfortunately needed 2 fobs as I rented the apartment to stay during a medical treatment and I had several different people come to support me so people were in and out.

Loved my stay and would definitely live here again. The only downside was the sofas needed. Bit cleaning or maybe some sofa coverings that can be washed often but overall I enjoyed living at this place.

Our family and I loved our stay. We enjoyed everything about our experience. We highly recommend. And will revisit in the future.

Love it! We will be back for sure! Likes: Beautiful property. Nice space. Easy check in. This will be a go to for my family and I when we come to Miami. Location was great. I love it! Rooftop pool and lounge area with 2 huge grills was amazing!! Dislikes: The apartment itself was nice. It was clean to the naked eye however it could use a deep cleaning and dusting, especially in the corners and baseboards of the walls. Not a good sight when you have other peoples hair on the bottom of your socks. Also some freshener will be nice. It didnt have a clean fresh smell. I ended up buying air freshener and spraying it around just so it smelled fresh.

DECEPCIÓN Likes: Las instalaciones renovado parking localización Dislikes: No estaba limpio, habían pelos en la ducha, restos de comida en la alfombra, faltaban toallas, sartenes no habían , sisterna rota en uno de los baños ,no habían utensilios para limpiar , trapos de cocina , etc… lo dijimos al concierne, y a la propiedad por teléfono y no hicieron nada , MUY MAL

We stayed for three days for our daughter's move-in to U Miami. It was perfect for that. Large, spacious, three bedrooms, with washer/dryer, at a good price. While the location was great for our specific purposes (a mall, target, etc close by), we would normally not choose such a commercial mall-type location. The roof-top pool is large but not deep. Good for a quick morning swim. One aspect that did disappoint a bit was how meagerly the kitchen was equipped. There's not enough cookware to prepare a real meal. There's a dishwasher, but no drying rack or even a dish towel for quick clean ups in-between. Something that could easily be improved!

Honestly it was really clean and organized, the place was beautiful! My family loved the apartment. They have a huge pool. The only down sound is the parking because you don’t have a fixated parking so you constantly have to look for parking. Second down side is leaving the rooms you’ll get lost but it’s not a big deal. Other that everything was perfect. Oh it’s also close by the train! So it’s easier to travel around.

We’ve been coming to Miami for medical treatment so location and comfort is important. We found the room to be a lovely haven after a long day at the clinic. Comfortable, clean and everything we needed was at our fingertips. Quick walk to Dadeland Mall and restraunts. Facilities on the property are beautiful. Staff are really helpful. Will stay again and tell others.

Schönes, geräumiges Appartement für einen Miami Trip. Likes: Große Wohnanlage mit vielen Apartments. Wir hatten eine helle, sonnige Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern. Die Ausstattung war gut. Die Zimmer waren sauber und geräumig. Küche war einfach ausgestattet. Toll war das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer und die zwei großen Badezimmer. Der Online Check in war gut, dauerte aber etwas. Die Lage ist gut, das Einkaufszentrum gegenüber hat einen kleinen Food Court. Die Anlage war ruhig. Toll war der Pool und der Fitness Bereich. Parken war umsonst. Dislikes: Küche nur einfach ausgestattet.

The apartment was very spacious and modern. The facilities in the complex are truly top-notch. The pool, the gym, and the fitness center are absolutely fantastic. Since we were traveling as an all-female group, we wanted a safe location, and this place definitely is. The parking garage is only accessible with a tag, and there is a 24/7 concierge on site. The location is excellent, with all the hotspots in Miami Downtown and Miami Beach reachable within 30 minutes by car. Highly recommended!"

Dislikes: Adicional a la reserva en la página de booking, a la hora de la llegada se tuvo que registrar en una pagina y pagar 20 dolares adicionales, eso no me gustó.

Parfait ! Likes: L’appartement 2 chambres est parfait pour un séjour en famille. La décoration est sympa . La piscine est chauffée et agréable. La machine à laver et le sèche linge dans l appartement est vraiment pratique . L’enregistrement en ligne permet de gagner du temps à l’arrivée et au départ , un chat est disponible en cas de questions . Dislikes: Excentré de Miami mais pratique pour visiter la région et pas uniquement Miami .

Spotless and spacious, perfect home base for our family orientation week at U Miami. The parking seems super secure, and the pool is HUGE, loved starting our day with a few laps.

I love this air bnb perfect for our stay! The only issue i would recommend to fix is the wifi because it was not responsive our whole stay.

El alojamiento es tal cual se describe en la publicación, limpio, cómodo, moderno, acogedor, el entorno del edificio muy tranquilo, el Host respondía oportunamente. Solo que algunos utensilios de cocina no eran suficientes para la cantidad de personas, ejemplo éramos 5 personas y solo habían 3 platos y 3 vasos.

Goed Likes: De locatie was goed met vriendelijk personeel. Dislikes: De vloer kon schoner en de bestek en borden waren beperkt.

Goed Likes: Na een aanmeldprocedure kan je de sleutels ophalen bij tegenover liggend gebouw. De flat is groot, op korte afstand van de snelweg dus je kunt alles makkelijk aanrijden.

Fantastic place to stay close to everything The apartments are extremely clean. The property is gorgeous. The pool is huge. The fitness center is amazing. You have everything you need. You can walk to shopping. You can walk to eat. Everyone is super friendly. There’s lots of smiling faces And happy pets! Plenty of Parking!
