There are some good things: secure parking, easy checkin and out, and located with easy access to freeways and local attractions. Our stay went downhill from easy checkin. We got your room and it was what we wanted: 2 bed 2 bath with a pullout sofa. We had specifically told them we would need to use the pull out for our son. The floors were filthy: hair and dust bunnies in the corners, plastic tags from clothes on the rug, dark hairs on the couch. Some of the sheets had stains. And no sheets or blankets for the pull out. And there would not be sheets or blankets for over 24 hours. And no real concern for the lack of cleanliness. We swept and cleaned and shared sheets for the night. The worst part is when we brought it to their attention in terms of writing a review on their private in-house program, after we had tried to get new sheets until 11:30 PM at night, they offered minimal ($30) refund. The sheer lack of customer service, and lack of cleanliness is all raising red flags. I waited to write this review in the hopes they would rectify their issue but when they did not, I feel like honest input for the next person can be helpful. I have included pictures of the room as we were leaving so you have an idea of the apartment and how it could be very nice if it was clean.
