TL;DR: Poor housekeeping. Brand new but already run down.
Positives: Location, nice size, king bed, close parking.
Negatives: Woke up 1st morning & found a Breathe Right nasal strip stuck to arm. We do not use nasal strips. Only explanation is nasal strip was left by prior guest and sheets were not changed. Absolutely disgusting. Kasa did send housekeeping to change sheets after confusing text exchange, but completely unacceptable to have happened in the first place. Other issues include:
Knobs, doors, switches, appliances, etc. covered in dirty fingerprints.
Gentlest shifting in sleep caused ear piercing bed squeaks, waking up both sleepers all night. Mattress felt like hammock.
Poor signage, entrance in odd location, vibe of halls is sad vacated office bldg.
Windows look into other units' windows and a debris-filled courtyard.
Build finish/quality is terrible. This is going to be a flop house for partiers in no time. Really disappointing.
