It was an amazing experience staying at KASA, Traverse city, Michigan. The suite was very luxurious with all the amenities provided. It was super clean and comfortable. Even though there was no staff on location, still they were 24/7 available to call and msg, they promptly replies and address the issue communicated to them. I highly appreciate their communication throughout my stay, from checkin-in instructions to check out details, which made things very easy for me as it was my first solo trip and I was anxious. I would definitely choose KASA for my suture stays.
