We had a first floor unit which had extra tall ceilings. It was a clean unit with fun extras like canned water and chips. Shower was hot and nice products. Our only complaints were the expensive parking and the bed itself though comfortable was really creaky.

Very pleasant stay, steps from Front Street & the wonderful restaurants/bars of downtown Traverse City. We opted to buy a monthly parking permit at the Hardy ramp one block away for $60 (Sep 2026). This allowed 24/7 access and covered parking for our 4 day stay. The 5th floor has a small terrace with views of Grand Traverse Bay. Communication via texting was very simple and quick. WiFi was occasionally slow. We really liked the Roku TV and sign in feature for our own Netflix and Spectrum subscriptions. We would definitely stay again.

Self-check in. No on-site parking. However a very positive experience. Great value even when paying for off- site parking nearby at $20 per day. Great location. Walking to Front St. Attractions.

For a boys trip it was nice to be within walking distance of everything downtown. Paying to park after paying for the room was a bit annoying, especially at $50 per day. We stayed 4 days and the towels were never replaced with fresh ones.

This is our go-to place to stay in Traverse City. If you are looking to be right downtown then this is the place to be. Property feels brand new - tastefully decorated, comfortable furniture, fully functional kitchen, spacious bathroom. The bayview one bedroom suites have a wonderful view of the water.

There is no front desk. There are two elevators, when we arrived only one was working, and it was VERY slow. When we left neither elevator was working. We had to carry our bikes down 3 flights of stairs then we had to carry our luggage down those same 3 flights of stairs. That was a pain on the butt. No one on sight to call for extra pillows or towels. There was no closet, dresser to unpack and no iron.

We really enjoyed our stay at Kasa. The host was quick to respond and very helpful with a few minor issues that we experienced. We will be staying here on all future stays in Traverse City. The location is within walking distance of the water, many restaurant's, and shopping.

Awful I made the mistake of booking with a third party, and it turned out to be a nightmare.. never got the initial email with registration link.. as a result, I sat in the parking lot for an hour trying to get it sorted out with the third party and then the management company..! Also, the extra fees for parking ($50) were not notated in the booking process..never again will I do a virtual check in…!

I was in town to photograph a wedding and brought my husband, dog and baby with me. My husband was able to walk to town while I was gone with our car. There is a parking garage close by that we used for overnight parking, and a lot in the back that we used during the day. Overall the place was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again when I am back in the area!

The place and furnishings were great. The front door on State St does not work, is the side door in the alley. The virtual front desk is AI and doesn't understand issues like a nonfunctioning TV remote. It says it is "passing your request" to a team member, presumably human. However the team never responded to the issue. The location and facility is great, customer service was poor.
