Really great location , pool & restaurant!

Great stay, clean, Midwest Century motel that has been very well updated.

No me gustó que no pude trabajar en dos días, solo por no tener acceso al Wifi. Afectó grandemente mi estancia y mi trabajo. Arréglenlo!

Both ladies working in front desk were excellent. I did not enjoy the restaurant in the hotel, better options near by. Cleaning room service can improve (stayed 3 nights and did not get any service)

Only stayed one night, but I was comfortable, safe and pleased from the moment we walked through the gates. easy process for check in/out definitely would stay here again, nice room!

A lovely vintage motel located in the heart of Long Beach with a very welcoming vibe. All the rooms center around a small outdoor pool and patio area. There's a nice onsite restaurant with a walk up bar serving good cocktails. Very nice and quiet, even in the city. We were happy that our window opened to enjoy the fresh CA air. The wifi was not great, but we were told they were switching providers. Cute welcome amenities, with a little snack, waters & there is in-room coffee/tea. Be aware this a rather low service facility - the front desk is not staffed 24/7, but there is a very safe feeling key code for the exterior entrance & for your room. Also, we didn't receive any housekeeping services, even though we stayed 5 days/4 nights. There are self-serve items in the hotel lobby - towels, toiletries, cofee, etc. Friendly staff! We would definitely stay here again!

Really enjoyed my stay. So welcoming and cozy.

I've stayed here a few times with my 7yo son and loved it every time. Staff are super friendly and helpful. The quaint oasis in downtown long beach is a breathe of fresh air. It's clean, simple key pad sign in and out at great rates. This place checks all the boxes for a 3.5/4 star hotel. The only thing to be aware of is the paid street parking ($2/hr) and lack of availability if you drive. Highly recommend for quick business stays for 2ppl (max) if you want to be in walking distance of the Pier, coffee shops and great eats.

I stayed at Kasa this past week and it was amazing! Just as described and the staff were so helpful and amazing! I would definitely stay there again!

A cute, kitschy stay in the arts district of Long Beach. Walkable to nearly everything you want to do in the area. The hotel itself was clean, like a little oasis in the city. The entire were all so polite and kind. The price is reasonable considering the location. Highly recommend staying here!

You get what you see and more! Great location, great restaurants and everything was so clean and so well maintained. Had the best rest and the temperature during our stay there was just incredible, so very pleasant that we just wanted to walk everywhere and we did finding really good places to eat!!

Avoid this property if you’re arriving by car. There is no on-site parking, which forced me to book a second hotel just to unload my equipment, adding an unplanned $500 expense. Their refund policy was equally disappointing, offering only a single night’s credit. The surrounding streets were also uncomfortably filled with transients and loiterers, creating a less-than-ideal environment for a downtown hotel.

This Kasa hotel uses AI to communicate throughout the stay, but if you need in-person assistance, staff is available until 9pm. We arrived on Friday evening and it was beautifully packed with hotel guests and those dining at Olive & Rose. It felt so luxurious and safe. 4/5 room: very functional and filled with essentials, like a steamer, ear plugs, and a noise maker! We had a corner room next to the stairs so the noise maker was a must! I will dock a point for the window shades. They are not blackout curtains, but good thing I brought an eye mask! For service, overall the front desk was very professional and kind. We didn't ask for anything during our 3 night stay, but the small talk in the lobby was very sweet. 3/5 location: During the day, it felt a bit safer and the unhoused weren't an issue at all. It's definitely sketchier at night. The last night, we heard couples screaming and the woman yelling, "oh my god someone help me!" and a man telling her to shut up. We were too scared to investigate. Thankfully we found a parking spot directly in front of the hotel front door. We dashed in as fast as we could.

Loved the hotel alot . Clean and nice rooms . Beds very comfy. Pillows awesome. Showers great! Location is not too bad. Walking distance to many restaurants as well as restraunt in hotel property too. only issue was there's no parking for the hotel exclusively. So payed street parking or parking garages is only option. But overall very friendly people at the hotel and accommodating. The online pictures dont give the inside justice. Definitely peacefull inside.I will definitely be back ! Would have given 5 stars all the way if it wasent for parking .

We were in long beach for the FD Long Beach 2026 event and needed to stay at a place overnight that was nearby. This is also my first time booking an AirBnb and my experience with Kasa was wonderful! Great communication with staff, as well as cleanliness of the hotel. We enjoyed our stay and will be booking again!

The 11:00 check out didn’t allow me to sleep as long as I would have liked due to our late arrival. Likes: I didn’t know there was a breakfast. Dislikes: There were a couple of small bugs in the room.

Home away from home Every time I come to Long Beach, I stay here. The staff is so friendly and kind. They treat me like a friend when I’m there. I’ve been coming to town frequently to care for my mother who had been sick and having this place to come to at the end of the day has been a nice way to unwind. The restaurant is great as well. I’ll always come back here when I am in town.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. There is no parking whatsoever — you can’t even stop at the entrance to check in. You’re forced to park about three blocks away, in an area full of homeless encampments, with people sleeping in tents all around the hotel. So after leaving your car blocks away — often next to these camps — you have to walk 15–20 minutes just to reach the property. At the front desk, the staff was rude and completely unhelpful. I was pressured to pay an extra $25 for “room insurance” with no proper explanation. It felt like a scam. Amenities are basically nonexistent. No microwave. The pool is not heated — the water is freezing cold, and no one is using it. The worst part: after checking out, I discovered that all of my belongings — suitcase, luggage, and clothes — smelled like sewer. Completely disgusting. Avoid this place at all costs.

Cute place but highly inconvenient if you have a car. Likes: The decor was lovely however and the bed was comfortable, the lack of someone at the desk in the evening was problematic and difficult. Additionally, there is no parking at the property and only two hour parking on the streets nearby. We finally found a parking ramp to find out that at 10 PM our car was locked in and we couldn’t get it out. Dislikes: No parking available. No front desk people past 9 PM. You have to be pretty tech savvy in order to navigate services.

The place looks absolutely beautiful. Sadly, we were unable to stay there due to the issue of parking parking is very limited and is mostly street parking with very little garages so if you’re driving, be prepared to possibly spend some time looking for parking.

Clarification of pool hours needed. Someone told my daughter (17yo and a perfect swimmer) that the pool actually closes at 9:30 PM not 10 PM as the sign reads and that she needed to get out because she didn't want her to drown.

A hidden gem. Reset, relax and enjoy… It was such a wonderful stay! Aesthetically pleasing, relaxing, upscale vibes but very affordable. Great restaurant attached. Plenty of good food options outside of the hotel. The staff were super accommodating and sweet. I HIGHLY recommend.
