Kasa was such an amazing place to stay. They focused on all the small details which made this place super homey, super cute, and super amazing. The host when we checked in was so sweet and fun, the pool was clean and it felt super safe inside. Loved it and definitely will return.

What a little dream this place is! I think I’d totally stay here again the vibes are immaculate and everything was perfect.

Front deck was super helpful and friendly I would definitely recommend!!! I came alone for my first birthday cruise they let me drop my bags off and walk Long Beach and still gave me a early check in I most definitely recommend 10/10

Nice, clean retro-feeling hotel near the beach and downtown Likes: The property feels like an updated version of a 60's-era hotel. There aren't a ton of frills, but it's comfortable, clean and has all of the standard modern amenities. The bed was pretty comfortable and the shower had good water pressure and temperature control. The gym is small, but has everything you need and the equipment looked pretty new and in good shape. There's a cute little courtyard adjacent to the pool area and the hotel restaurant. Dislikes: I'm not wild about having to scan and upload my ID and selfie for the automated check-in process. I understand the appeal of streamlining the process, but honestly, if there hadn't been someone at the front desk, I could foresee some big problems. For one, the keypad to get into the property has all of the numbers worn off, so one could conceivably have trouble getting inside. I also had my room's safety latch engage when I stepped out momentarily and I was locked out. Fortunately, the front desk person was on duty for 15 more minutes and was able to help jimmy the door open, but if it'd been a little later, I'm not sure what I would've done. The TV also went completely offline on the morning I was checking out, but I supposed that's not the end of the world.

Great location, close to everything. The room has it all. Kasa is a really nice hotel and the staff are amazing. Big thanks to them for taking care of me and answering all my questions. Will be returning for all future long beach trips. Highly recommend Arize café if you're in the area and looking for coffee/brunch.

Great stay for a long LA weekend, was a relatively quick trip to Manhattan and Hermosa Beach. Check-in was seamless. Would definitely come back.

Lovely and affordable stay in Long Beach near the beach! Likes: I liked the hot water kettle in the room and coffee in the lobby too. There was a smart tv so I could log into my netflix acct which was great. The outdoor seating was great and I liked that everything faced inside the courtyard. The design of the room was fresh and modern! The restaurant on site was really good but a little expensive (only open 5-9pm). Dislikes: I wish there was housekeeping services during my stay. I would have liked fresh towels and new coffee replaced for the in room hot water kettle. I wish there was better parking options.

I chose this hotel mainly for its location, although I have to admit the relatively lower price compared to nearby hotels of a similar level made me a bit hesitant at first. But the hotel truly exceeded all my expectations. The location is excellent — close to the beach, yet very comfortable and peaceful. The room is spacious, thoughtfully designed, and impeccably clean. The bed is large and very comfortable, and the bathroom amenities are of great quality. I especially appreciated the attention to detail: a hairdryer, a steam iron, earplugs, and even a white noise machine for a better night’s sleep. One interesting architectural feature is that all windows face the inner courtyard. This makes the stay feel very quiet, safe, and relaxing, with no street noise at all. The courtyard itself is уютный and beautifully arranged, with comfortable furniture and a pleasant pool area — perfect for unwinding. The staff are genuinely friendly and attentive. The on-site restaurant “Rose & Olive” offers good food and a lovely atmosphere. I stayed at the hotel for 10 days, and not once did I encounter any negative moments. Thank you, Kasa — I would be happy to return.

Really clean and cute hotel to stay at in the downtown area. Very walkable with lots of things to do. Parking is limited so plan accordingly but aside from the that; very attentive host and amenities. Would be staying again.

Amazing property and located a short walk from the beach. We always stay here when we come to California,l and don’t plan on changing.

Staff was super nice and helpful. Took a star off because my original room on the first floor had roaches and I had to repack all my stuff quickly. I was directed to customer service that took forever (and they weren’t on the property) but the second they told the front desk person she came quickly and moved me to a second floor room while I was still on hold with the property management giving me a hard time. Everyone physically on-site was amazing. Drinks/pool was nice too.

Friend and I stayed here for a night for our tattoo trip. Easy check in, comfy bed! Haha only thing we wish for was on site parking. Finding parking was a bit rough.

Great place but not a great area. Would stay again everything is new. Very welcoming place wrote me a note, great amenities, comp water and cookies. Very excellent restaurant on property. Def would stay again excellent value!

Stayed for one night and loved my stay! Clear instructions for checking in and out. Room was very clean and comfortable. Front desk staff were so friendly and helpful as well. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

We unfortunately could only stay one night - unfortunate because we would have loved to hang outside by the pool - this place is adorable! So retro and clean! The coffee bar was so nice to use and the linens and sheets were super soft! The bed was so comfortable too! We slept so well! Highly recommend and will return if we ever find ourselves in LA!

The restaurant and the staff were very supportive and welcoming very happy vibes and joyful. I love that. Likes: Very clean and homie like, location near restaurants, and the beach was perfect. Dislikes: The parking was hard to find you had a walk blocks to get to your hotel. Lots of bums on the street a little unsafe street sweeper did not help if you had to move your car at 5am in the morning.

A great blend of minimalism and 70s/80s modern chic hotel with young and enthusiastic receptionists offering complimentary travel basics. They even have a coffee and alcoholic beverage bar! Parking is tricky but abundant within a 3 block radius subject to city payment requirements from 9am-6pm only. Paid about $6 a day at most in a single day since I was exploring during pay hours. Overall, fun stay. 💯 recommend

tbh it looks just like the pictures, staff were the nicest people help with any question I had very nice people 10/10 the rooms were clean bathroom was clean I loved the shower, bed were clean and comfortable and if you plan on staying here I highly recommend it the only problem is the parking lol but it’s easy just have to find a spot and you don’t have to pay after 6 until 9am.

My room was cute and comfortable, and the bathroom was HUGE!
