Great stay The hotel was absolutely beautiful. The lobby and the pool area was clean and had a fun retro style to it. The rooms were absolutely stunning. The color scheme, the amenities, the bathroom walk in shower, the lighting in the bathroom. It was clean and offered tea, coffee, waters, noise machine, earplugs. The TV connects to streaming apps and automatically signs you out at the end of your stay. They had beach towels and a mini fridge. The only thing missing was a microwave but they had everything else. The only problem was parking. It was so hard to find parking. It’s cheaper to park at a parking garage thankfully there was one a 7 min walk away but having to haul all the luggage was a pain.

No fridge, thats the only drawback i found.

Great place to stay, nice decor, good food and a pool! It’s kinda like a mini oasis in downtown Long Beach 🏝️ the place is also very centrally located and in close proximity to all kinds of walkable spots nearby including a Vons down the block! can’t beat that, will def stay again when in town.

I want to write an honest review- our stay had AMAZING elements and not so great parts- but I definately want to stay here again. Lets start with the good stuff: The staff is so helpful and sweet! The girls at the front desk were so kind and welcoming. My husband and I stayed here the night before our wedding. My dress would not zip up, so my husband ran to the front desk to ask one of the girls for help. Kaylin came up to the room and helped us out- SAVED THE DAY! What I loved most about the hotel was the cute little court yard. In the evening it felt like we were transported back in time- it was so retro and cute- and looked like the restaurant was open to non hotel guests. The pool was also sparkly clean and they had great out door lounging. The room we stayed in was so clean, and it was styed so nicely. we had enough towels and the bed was super comfy. There were also nice light settings. The hotel is located in a decent area- some rough looking people hang out around outside but this is to be expected in any downtown metropolitan area. The outside of the little hotel smelled like urine- and there was no parking included. Luckily my husband and I were able to score street parking right outside but it we were very lucky we caught people leaving and took their place. Because our room was on the side facing the ally I am assuming our ventilation was coming from the ally causing our room to smell like peepee. We walked in after going out for dinner and our room smelled like a public restroom. We opened the windows to try to air it out- and we were so tired we we were getting married in the morning so we just showered and hit the hay. We woke up and the room still reeked. But check out was at 11am and we had a wedding to get ready for. Ultimately this made our memory of the place kind of a bummer- BUT we do believe that if we would have told the sweet front desk ladies they would have helped us out- so I think it was genuinely an one off. All in all, I will for sure stay here again :)

Wonderful, cute and unique hotel! Easy to get around down town Long Beach, friendly staff, clean pool and delicious on site restaurant with kid friendly staff and menu!

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay and would gladly return in the future. Check-in was simple and convenient, as everything was done virtually. The free coffee in the lobby was a nice touch, and the water stations located throughout the property were very convenient. There is also a great restaurant downstairs, which is perfect if you want to eat out without having to go far. Although the property does not offer dedicated parking spaces, we found parking easily each night and it was inexpensive. If you take advantage of the free two-hour parking rules and stay on top of moving your car, you may even be able to avoid paying for parking during your stay. The room was beautiful and exceeded our expectations!

I would put Kasa against the Marriott / Hilton mid-level business travel hotels. Their beds are superb, their showers excellent, their customer service outstanding. At the their Long Beach property they even have a Michelin Star joint.

Positive: Kasa employees were kind, friendly, helpful. I was able to get good information about parking lots from the automated responses to my text messages while waiting for a live person and didn't need to talk to anyone afterwards. Very clean room. Comfortable bed. Quiet. Good shower, air conditioner. Problematic: It took too long for a live person to answer my phone calls. Parking was almost impossible to find near the hotel and my late arrival made it impossible. I eventually found an uncovered lot .3 mi away but the walk back was confusing and nerve-wracking late night. The area felt somewhat unsafe (but not extremely). I wish the room had information to read about basics like towel replacement, general services. I didn't know what to expect. I still find the experience odd. No dresser to put clothes in. The room was fairly small, decor not appealing to me. Cancelation policy was disappointing.

Would definitely stay here again. Parking can be a challenge but the are seemed okay. Room was clean and the staff was welcoming.

Right in the center of beautiful Long Beach. Lots of close places to eat, and explore. Beautiful yard with a top notch restaurant and pool inside. Loved every minute

Very cute property. The outside is deceiving as it doesn’t necessarily look like a hotel but don’t let that scare you away. Rooms clean, comfortable and well designed.

Loved it. We felt very safe and comfortable in the space. It was easy to find and the room was very clean and organized. They had small little touches to make our stay very comfortable. They were very responsive and changed the dates when I booked the wrong date. Would absolutely return.

Great stay and convenient location near the beach and local attractions. Parking is not the best & a lot of homeless activity in the area. The restaurant is a great addition to the hotel.

Excellent hotel with all the amenities My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Casas, Long Beach. The hotel is very clean and all of the amenities were available and it was located near to many restaurants. I would recommend this hotel for anyone.

This hotel has everything I needed. My room was spacious, clean, well equipped! Above all, I was very impressed with friendly staff at the front desk. My stay in this hotel was very comfortable.

It’s a great place to stay. It’s more modern and very clean and organized. The check in was smooth especially since we got in at a late flight and they have all the extra things you might need. Would definitely recommend

Had a beautiful birthday weekend at this hotel! Super friendly service and very clean. Nice amenities. Very central to the downtown area. Would stay again!

Pros: as other reviews have stated, it's a very clean room with stocked amenities. Comfy bed! Good communication from the host, easy to check in, and a very walkable location. Cons: I was placed in room 230, which is right by a busy road. They do provide earplugs and a sound machine, but it does get loud. If you're noise sensitive, request a room in the inner area of the property. The lack of dedicated parking does make it a bit difficult, and if you arrive later in the day, it gets increasingly harder since there are apartments around the hotel that use the street as well.

This place deserves even more than 5 stars. The property and rooms are impecable. This felt like a cozy airbnb. The 2 ladies who work the desk are 2 of the kindest humans in long beach. This location is also perfect- close to restaurants and grocery store. We would stay here again in a heartbeat

Loved the decor and vibe of the place. We slept comfortably and the surroundings were quiet.

Pleasant surprise!! This was the first time I attempted to stay at a "Kasa" hotel. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of room for the price. I was a little hesitant that the whole process was without "people""interaction. Now that I've done this once, it was very convenient that I'll be trying more locations!😊

Great place! Clean and nice rooms.

The location made it really difficult to find street parking especially checking in later in the evening. And a lot of homeless around the hotel which concerned me with safety. Other than that, the 24 hour text service and responses were very helpful.
