Overall, professional staff, excellent facility and room conditions, please refer to all of my review remarks, and only challenging part of stay was limited metered parking. Strong suggestion-allow discounted/complimentary, parking options, in surrounding parking garage access/availability areas, within walking distance of facility.

I’ve stayed at here more than once. My first trip was Amazing!!!! Second trip was so/so . The area is sketchy and the parking sucks but the room itself was cozy and comfortable. My issue with my second visit was, air conditioning not working with no onsite maintenance and the deposit of $250 . Due to my boyfriend spilling wine on a sheet, they informed me that it might cost me my $250 deposit. I made a complaint regarding the

At first I was not sure if this was for me. I'm an older gentleman and having passwords to enter the building and my room was strange. Once I got in it was so fabulous I felt safe and secure the entire property was clean bright and staff helpful and I like that housekeeping was when I chose and I could get whatever I needed 24/7 I recommend this place highly! Enjoy your stay!

The hotel is really cute and inviting. My room was clean and quiet. The bed was also very comfortable. The only issue I encountered was parking. I drove for about 45 minutes looking for a space. Ultimately, I drove and parked about 5 miles away and had to take an Uber to the hotel.

Nice relaxing stay. Great hidden gem located in the ❤️ of Long Beach. Walking distance to a lot of sightseeing areas. Nice comfy, clean room with all the amenities needed. Outdoor lounging area clean and relaxing. The staff were kind, courteous and professional. It was a very nice 3 day stay before our Mexican Cruise. A 15 ride to Long Beach Cruise Terminal. Highly recommend. Will be back.

the hotel is self-service so make sure you have double of everything before going up to your room. the staff is very friendly and love to talk and hear about adventures. parking isn’t the best but the hotel has a few spots in the back alley. the area is nice and clean but there is a lot of homeless drug addicts that will ask for money so be prepared for that.

I was pleasantly surprised by the retrocoolness of the exterior contrasting with the natural chic of the rooms. In natural earth tones and textures with sleek asian lines the rooms exude peace and rest. You almost expect a fountain to pop out of the dresser. The beds are all large and comfortable and the towels are luxurious. The staff is customer savvy and knows the hospitality industry well. Its just one of tge many hoteks in the Kasa family if spots across the country but I consider City Center Hotel the Oasis in the heart of downtown Long Beach California.

We absolutely loved this hotel! We stayed here for a single night before a cruise and immediately regretted not booking here on our return trip. The hotel was clean, modern, and comfortable. The beds were comfy, the in room tea, coffee, and water were all far nicer than what you get in most hotels, and the bath products were all high end. For such a budget friendly option, this hotel felt truly luxurious. We also loved that it was walking distance to so much wonderful shopping and dining and very close to the beach. The contactless check in and check out was also very convenient.
