In side the room lights was not good, Some of them they were working. And need to have wending machines on site.

We love this place because it is always so clean and well maintained. Even though the city has been struggling to keep up with the homeless situation and issues like dogs leaving messes on the sidewalks, this place always makes an effort to keep the area and its surroundings clean. Thank you again for the great service and for always making us feel so welcome and at home. We truly appreciate everything you do! ❤️

Nice & clean place. It was also safe & secure. The board walk was only a 20 min walk away straight down the street and the port is just a 10 minute uber or lyft. They had a special promotion for being a guest at the restaurant next door. A live band was there playing at night that I was invited to and it seemed pretty cool if you wanted to enjoy the festivities.

My fiance and I stayed here last week for a concert and were so happy with everything! The courtyard and retro-style was amazing, and I appreciated not having to worry about a key card to get into everything all the time. The passcodes worked great! There were amazing options for food with just a short walk and you are so close to the beach, it was incredible! The staff was so quick and friendly when answering all of our questions, and super helpful with any issues that arose. Lastly, I have a love of postcards so having some free ones with the hotel on the front was definitely one of my favorite parts! We will definitely be back again

Love staying there. #1 place I stay every time I travel to Long Beach

What a great hotel! I intend to stay here again when I return in November. The check in and check out process is easy and keyless, it was easy to request late check-out, as well. The restaurant is adorable and everyone was kind on the property. There is a fridge in the room and we were easily able to log in to our Netflix to relax on a rainy Sunday (and it automatically logs you out at 11am day of check out). Room and bathroom was spotless. No weird stains or stray hairs. Bed was comfy, too, and you get 6 pillows. Location is convenient near a Von’s, some great breakfast and coffee shops and a short walk away from a fun area to go out in.

Great place to stay. Parking can be a bit challenging but it’s worth it.

PLeasantly surprised

Super cute, good location, always found parking within a block walk. Didn’t love the bathroom auto light in the middle of the night. Wish we were able to eat at Olive and Rose — the chef of Michelin Star Restaurant down the street started Olive and Rose. Definitely looking to come back.

Great location, newly remodeled, and the staff was the greatest!

This hotel has an incredible location right in downtown Long Beach, just a 2-3 minute walk to Vons and Starbucks. The design is adorable and the management is super modern—no room keys and no 24/7 front desk. Even though the desk isn't on-site, the staff are amazingly warm, hospitable, and provide quick, caring responses via Email and WhatsApp. The rooms are fully equipped with high-end MALIN+GOETZ toiletries, plus thoughtful touches like a white noise machine and earplugs. The lobby offers fantastic pod coffee and an amazing assortment of amenities, including sunscreen and feminine products. The pool and restaurant are top-tier, and you can occasionally enjoy Jazz Nights or weddings with a great atmosphere! If I had to mention a few minor drawbacks, housekeeping is on the lighter side (only 2 cleanings for a 15+ day stay), and there is no breakfast, package receiving, microwave, parking, or on-site laundry. (There's a laundromat a 5-10 minute walk away, but stay alert as there are some unhoused individuals in the area.) Rooms on the 1st floor occasionally see a few bugs (bringing your own slippers is recommended), and the fridge gave us a bit of a hiccup—it broke on day one, and after being fixed, it got a bit too cold and accidentally "froze and exploded" my milk during the last few days. Despite these little bumps in the road, the overall stay was wonderful, and I'd still definitely recommend it!

The rooms are very clean, the staff is excellent, and the air conditioning is strong! Definitely plan ahead for parking, there is some secure parking you can find using a parking app within a ten minute walk.

Second time here and still enjoyed it

I promise I underestimated this stay! Omg! When I walk into those doors I was immediately transported somewhere else! It’s so nice and beautiful! The colors! Oh the colors! They go so well together! And don’t get me started on the bed! I got the best sleep I’ve gotten in weeks! The onsite Diner! Nothing like I’ve ever experienced before! I have to go again!!!

We just stayed at City Center Hotel by Kasa a week ago and loved it. Service was outstanding, the grounds lovely and rooms very nice. The location was close to the cruise terninal and the grocery store across the street was very convenient.

What a horrible area. Homeless and drug addicts on the block surrounding the hotel. Drug use in the alley ways. Not safe and no onsite parking. Must watch your back at night. Horrible service. If you are staying here my advice is to not. Don’t go cheap and compromise your safety.

Tiene un restaurante que abre en las tardes y un pequeño gimnasio. Hay café las 24 horas en recepción. Para entrar al hotel y a la habitación se necesita un código que envían por email. Una noche había una banda de jazz en vivo en el área de la piscina. Hay restaurantes, bares y playa cerca. Aunque a veces en los alrededores se observan indigentes el área es segura. Likes: I had a lovely experience with all of the staff but with Jackie in particular. She went above and beyond to make sure that I knew places to check out and that I was having a great experience. The check in and checkout process was also very easy! I would recommend and come again!

Wow. So clean. So bright. No corners were cut in this property! They thought of everything for a great stay. Loved the Vietnamese coffee with canned water and kettle in room. Not a single complaint. They’re very modern. Even with the self check-in. The manager on duty was so kind. Perfect location for the convention center. I found parking nearby that seemed sketchy but it was safe! Can’t beat this stay.
