Wonderful boutique hotel experience in Long Beach, convenient to many locations for great coffee and food as well as beach and local attractions. Front desk personnel are awesome. Nice pool. Great value. Definitely recommend.

We had a great stay! Would definitely stay here again!

Excelente ubicación, excelente atención y excelente ambiente. Habitación super espaciosa, baño espacioso, piscina excelente. No puedo haber pedido más! Gracias

So clean and so cute! Vibes are excellent. Modern procedures I chose this hotel based on reviews and location to convention center. From first entrance, to final check out, I was impressed. The receptionist/manager was so sweet. So nice. There were people relaxing in the small but cute lobby. Sitting area outside was nice. My room was very nice. The amenities were great. Vietnamese coffee and a kettle for hot water in the room. They thought of EVERYTHING. Luckily I found parking close since there isn’t any on site. I would stay here again for sure. I love how also love the texting/check in system. Very modern!!!!

If we ever are back in the area we will be staying again

This place was amazing! 10/10 recommend!

In the middle of Long Beach with no parking and no staff Likes: Easy access Dislikes: No parking, bed was really hard like sleeping on concrete

(Translated by Google) The hotel exceeded my expectations! Great atmosphere and friendly service. They were always in contact, sending relevant information about our check-in process. Cute hotel, comfortable bed, clean and convenient!

This hotel is super cute and well designed! The colors are fabulous. There’s also a fancy lil restaurant with delicious cocktails, and we got 2 free drinks when we bought food. The pool is such a great temperature. They also do activities on Thursday, we were stoked to be there for jazz night. There was also a wedding on Friday, DJ was great, and it all closed by 9p so it was quiet when sleeping. Good location. Parking wasn’t too bad - street parking.

City Center by Kasa is a unique hotel with some very great features and some that are not so great. The great: Very clean, spacious rooms that are inexpensive for the area. The inner courtyard/pool area is pretty and a nice respite from the city surroundings. It is walking distance from downtown restaurants and bars. There is a ‘pantry’ in the lobby with lots of supplies and there is coffee and a kettle and mini fridge in the room. The not so good: NO PARKING. Not even street parking. When I realized this and called them they suggested Onni East Village Garage, which is 3 blocks away and costs $25 overnight with no ins and outs. That worked out luckily but it’s definitely a better hotel if you’re flying in and taking Lyft or Uber and walking. When I was there the restaurant was hosting Thursday jazz night which meant that the entire courtyard area was full of restaurant guests, even the chairs directly in front of my room. The restaurant is VERY expensive so it’s not like a typical hotel restaurant. Then the next night there was a wedding in the courtyard. This meant I literally could not leave my room without disrupting someone’s special day. I found this to be very awkward. I think the hotel and restaurant could do a better job separating the space or warning hotel guests. The lights outside the rooms stay on all night and there are no blackout curtains. I would recommend the hotel invest in black out drapes. The pool was heated so hot it was uncomfortable. Hope this helps

(Translated by Google) Excellent hotel, very clean, friendly and helpful staff. Good value for money. Great location, not far from the beach, a stone's throw from the city center, and 5 minutes from the metro. (Original) Très bon hôtel, très propre, personnel sympa et prêt à aider. Bon rapport qualité prix. Bon emplacement, pas loin de la plage, a deux pas du centre ville, à 5mins du métro.

Staff is absolutely wonderful Allowed an early check in which was super appreciated We came just for one night before leaving for a cruise the following day and enjoyed being able to rest, walk around the area for some vegan eats, and it’s only a ten min drive to the cruise ports!

Great hotel! Super clean room - love the passcode access. When you stay you get a discount at the restaurant attached which was definitely worth it! Would book again :)

great hotel！

Amazing staff and everything went smoothly!

Great place.

Very nice for the price parking was a little interesting as our check in was after hours and there is no on site parking, street parking was not the easiest to find. But our stay was enjoyable may go back just for this place love the LB area as well

Very calm and relaxing environment. Had everything we needed for our stay and more. Check-in and check out was very easy and staff were friendly. The only inconvenience would be the parking. Street parking is very difficult to find especially if you are getting in at a late time. No problems with the actual room though, very tidy and comfortable.

(Translated by Google) I would definitely book this place again if I visit. There is no breakfast, but there is a swimming pool. It was a clean and comfortable environment. The staff are young, so the atmosphere is youthful. I have fond memories of this place. Thank you.

Very nice

Little oasis Amazing stay! Incredible staff, thoughtfully prepared rooms with a steamer and a sound machine. Relaxed in the pool area in our final day. Such a quite little oasis.

Good Likes: Every thing was great, Dislikes: No parking

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my visit. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. Everything was just as I hoped for, and I truly enjoyed my experience. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay!

Had a great stay. The space was super clean and spacious. Pictures don’t do this place justice. Would definitely be back.

Best hotel stay I've ever had This is the best place I've ever stayed at. The front desk gals were all super welcoming and helpful and fun to chat with as I meandered in and out. They even left me a little treat on my door for my birthday! The room was very comfortable and clean; the hotel itself is actually very small but felt like a much bigger place, and all the rooms face inward to a nice courtyard and pool so the city noises weren't a factor at all. It was a very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel is located within walking distance of plenty of awesome restaurants, and it was very easy to get around. Coming back to my room really did feel like coming home after a bit. It was well worth the price and I was even able to extend my stay for a day without worrying about my wallet! tl;dr I really enjoyed my stay and I want to stay here every time I visit Long Beach.

A great property, with very friendly and helpful staff, walking distance to a lot of local amenities. Parking can be a bit of struggle and the air conditioning struggled to keep up with a heat wave, but all things said it was very nice and I would absolutely go back.

Cute aesthetic. Walking distance from 7/11. The girls in the front were nice!

I'm so glad I tried out a stay here, it will be my preferred spot for my work trips going forward!

Super hands-off style property which might appeal to some younger folks. Nice pool, great walkable location, good towels and excellent bathroom lighting.

I was impressed. You can tell it was originally an old-style motel by the concrete rectangle structure, but the rooms have been very recently renovated and were really well done. The remote-checkin process was very well communicated electronically. Pool in inner courtyard was nice. The gym is tiny but they were really smart about the space they had, they have dumbbells and a cable machine, probably the two things I would choose to put in a gym if I had to only choose two, so you can get an “in a pinch” push-pull workout done. I’ll give the service a 5/5 too, the front desk girls were friendly and there to help (but in my case the remote check in was totally sufficient).

Great no frills, self service no contact at all kind of place that would appeal to a certain sector of the population. Nice pool, great towel quality, excellent bathroom lighting and nicely scented products. I would upgrade the coffee experience by adding non powdered creamer, and younger to replace the numbers of the keypad entry on 3rd. Love the safe, quiet and walkable location.

Very cute boutique hotel! Easily walkable to downtown Long Beach & the convention center. Rooms were spacious, comfortable, clean & well decorated. Toiletries etc. are available 24/7 in the lobby which was very convenient. The pool is gorgeous. Would absolutely stay here again.
