My stay was great!! I was able to get early check in and each staff member I talked to was super helpful and nice. All instructions were clear, great location in relation to the downtown/shoreline area. Was there for a music festival was it was just a short walk to the festival grounds. The room was so cute as well as the entire hotel. I will definitely be staying here again!!

Pleasant stay in Long Beach at this hotel Likes: Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Facility nice and new, very nice pool although it gets in shadow quite early in the evening. Very recommended for even long stays. Dislikes: The neighborhood is not the best.

This is my main stay when coming to killing beach. Super friendly front desk services, A+ for the Kasa team asking how things are going , most importantly the sleep is awesome, I’m able to sleep well, comfortable and u interrupted. Thank you Kasa team!!

Great place to stay! Fun and cutesy vibe and was clean and great pool :) no designated parking- street parking only which made it difficult to know whether we’d be able to park close or have to walk a bit. Other than the parking this was great experience.

Very clean place. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. All of the workers were really nice and helpful especially the manager. I was a little surprised with the hotel being in the downtown area, but once inside it is like a hidden gem. It’s very cute inside with a retro look. The only downfall was the street parking, but luckily I was able to get a spot right in front of the door each day. The place is very clean with no issues. I would definitely stay again and recommend anyone to stay here.

We truly enjoyed our stay at City Center Hotel by Kasa! The staff were so nice and welcoming, and the check-in process was smooth and convenient through the virtual system. Our room was amazing—clean, spacious, and comfortable, with plenty of towels and everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We also loved that they provided complimentary ice and water, which were conveniently available just outside the room. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again! 💕✨

Cute, clean, and comfortable! I really liked staying here. I had relatively low expectations given the price point and worried this would be a one-time thing, but I plan on staying here again next time I fly into Long Beach! The front desk was really helpful, the pool was clean and comfortable to use, the room was beautiful, the bed was cozy, and the shower was actually nice to use (hotel showers are never good!). Though my room included earplugs and a white noise machine, I didn't need them; the hotel was quiet during my stay. I liked being able to walk/scooter to the beach and to nearby restaurants, and the vibe was super cute. For the value, I'd definitely come back solo or with my partner.

Very easygoing process overall from checking in to checking out. Parking might be the only challenge you have to figure out if you have a car but it's out there. The room, the linens, the a/c, and the shower were clean and comforting throughout the entire stay. Staff is always helpful, friendly, and professional whenever assistance is required. Pool was clean and heated just right, even in the summer heat. Loved my stay here and would recommend it to others. Thank you!

A perfect hidden gem in Long Beach. Clean, well equipped room with access to a pool and gym! Likes: The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and both the room and the complex itself were well designed and very clean. The location for my trip was excellent and I was provided some recommendations from the staff which I can confirm were fantastic. Dislikes: Further details on the pool/gym opening hours and accessibility in the room would have been helpful. It would also be good to have the light switches closer to the bed, but that's non-essential!

This is a magical oasis. Everyone is very friendly and the vibe is perfect. The inferior design is perfect, the music is perfect. The staff goes above and beyond. If you are also a touring musician I highly recommend using this space for events and to house your team. My dog Leroy told me this is his favorite place to stay in SoCal and Leroy Brown has been all over this country. The pool at night is was one of the most romantic moments of our lives :)

The room was spic and span as to be expected. But the best part was the staff, everyone was awesome, accomodating, gave me local advice, was engaged. I felt appreciated. The pool was perfect, the pool area was super comfy and at night there was even a small night life scene due to the 5 star restaurant that opened up into the pool area. Nice grocery store down the block lots to do, i would 1-/10 stay here again.

What a great job they did with the remodel! The room was super clean and spacious. The front desk staff was absolutely amazing, polite and so accommodating! We tried the restaurant for the free cocktail and the appetizers were delicious! Drinks were as well! We stayed two nights and it was so conveniently located in the heart of downtown. We enjoyed our 4th street dive bar hop and having everything so close. There is homeless outside of the motel but they don’t really bother you. Once you’re inside it’s like you’re in a different little world. I would highly recommend this place for the price, location and great customer service! The staff was amazing.

Hotel was very nice -- a bargain. If you want to read in bed, bring your own lighting. Street parking was free overnight, but tough to find on a Sunday evening. We only had a one-night stay, so I cannot say if the parking is equally scarce on other days.

Cleaning staff was yelling talking to eachother at 8am. For a hotel to make guest sign an agreement not to be loud and then be woken up by multiple people yelling at each other in Spanish while you are trying to sleep is unacceptable.

A wonderful, quiet and shockingly affordable place to say for it's location. There are some downsides (aren't there everywhere). You'll have to do your own street parking or find a nearby parking garage. It's a pretty minor inconvenience and frankly, getting your own parking is cheaper than the $50 a night you'll get with most hotel parking in the area. The staff is incredibly nice, they have a lovely courtyard, and it's a comfortable hotel.

This property sits in the middle of a old downtown area. Parking was near impossible to find so you do end up walking two or three block blocks to get to the hotel and will if arriving in the evening have to walk by several housing challenged people camped out on the sidewalk . Once you get into the building, it’s fine emphasis on fine. We did have a lost guest of the hotel knocking on our door at 4:30 in the morning apparently trying to find her hotel room. For us it’s a pass.

Parking is not good. You have to park on the street. Lots of homeless walking around. Had trouble with the TV. Went to dinner and maintenance fixed it while we were out. But they left the a/c on at 58 degrees. When we got back out room was an ice box. Could go to bed for an hour before the room warmed up.

I stayed one night with my GF. We found the City Center by Kasa to be perfect for us. Great place to stay at great value. I would definitely recommend and plan to stay again. The room was clean, shower was walk in, bed was comfortable, property well kept, pool is not big but looked great. I did not use the gym. Stay was quiet. Overall everything we needed at a great rate. The on site restaurant was very convenient where we got a really nice salmon dish. Front desk service was outstanding. Make sure you complete the pre-check in process in advance to get your access code.i needed some assistance from customer service which was great This place is not plush and walk up if on the 2nd floor. There is no parking on site but street parking nearby was not too difficult. No fridge and no microwave but I think that helps keep the room clean. Plenty of eating choices in the area. Coffee and tea is provided in the room. Coffee in the lobby as well. We have stayed at several hotels in the Convention Center area of Long Beach at the $100-$140 range and found most to be very good for the money. The City Center will a first choice for our next stay.

Make sure you complete the pre-check in process in advance to get your access code.i needed some assistance from customer service which was great This place is not plush and walk up if on the 2nd floor. There is no parking on site but street parking nearby was not too difficult. No fridge and no microwave but I think that helps keep the room clean. Plenty of eating choices in the area. Coffee and tea is provided in the room. Coffee in the lobby as well. We have stayed at several hotels in the Convention Center area of Long Beach at the $100-$140 range and found most to be very good for the money. The City Center will a first choice for our next stay.
