Relaxing The room was cozy, clean modern I loved it!

Lovely little chic hotel close to everything in Long Beach. Quiet location, great room, very comfortable bed, and I loved the spacious bathroom! Also loved that they included a sound machine and some earplugs for better rest. I got some quality rest in this room. Loved the complimentary coffee and tea as well. The decor was tasteful and with pastel colors and gentle lighting that soothed my senses. Would 100% stay here again.

Great stay! The place was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was even more updated than I expected, which was a nice surprise. I would definitely recommend staying here and would be happy to return.

Exceeded my expectations This place exceeded my expectations. It was well appointed, clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable as well. The price was also very reasonable. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this place.

Ms. Jacqueline Vo gets top marks. Let me fill you in I'm 63, I had a stroke, I ride a mobility scooter, and I use a cane. My husband and I usually only go to the Hyatt. However, this was an emergency trip to see a dying family member. Needless to say, I was distressed. Then realizing parking wasn't available onsite, you can imagine my dismay. Add soon as we walked in, Jackie changed my perspective. She was warm, comforting and inviting. She was very personable with a kind and generous spirit. After my husband got me settled in our room, he went back down stairs to attend to the car. Jackie went out of her way to help my husband with the parking procedures, everything was smooth after that. During our stay, she looked after us personally. I felt truly cared for. When we return for our loved ones funeral, we have decided to come back to City Center Long Beach. We will also be using this location when we cruise or of Long Beach. In conclusion, not only did Jackie enhance our stay, she has two new loyal followers and return customers. I hope that your corporate office gives her the available and respect she deserves! Everything was perfect for my short stay

We have stayed here multiple times and it is always a great experience. Desk staff is only available during the day, but they are helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. The location is great with many place to eat and grab a coffee.

Nice hotel but no onsite parking Likes: It wa a central location in LB and I was able to walk everywhere easily. The staff was super friendly and the bed was comfortable. They have an electric kettle in the room so you can make coffee or tea. The pool area is spacious. Dislikes: There is no on site parking. You have to park offsite which is an additional cost depending on the days your staying that could be a lot. There are several hotels around there that have parking with compatible prices.

The only problem was parking. One had to find parking somewhere on the city streets. This was very inconvenient.

This was my second time staying at City Center. It was just as nice as the first time. I absolutely loved the decor and ease of entry. They were redoing the landscaping during my stay, so I’m certain by now it’s even more beautiful. It’s probably best to visit without a car as street parking can be challenging. Although I did not swim , the Pool was crystal clear. Recommended!

HIGHLYYYYYYY recommend this adorable little hotel. Wow. It was so perfect for a romantic one night staycation. The hotel vibes were immaculate. You felt like you were in Palm Springs for the evening. The music left me in a wonderful daze. The pool water was warm enough to swim in. The outdoor patio set up was inviting. You could not hear a bit of outside city noise. And the hotel room had the best renovated 60’s feeling to it. I would 100% stay here again and I definitely hope others are able to have the same experience I did at Kasa. Oh! And I forgot to mention that the young woman in the front office checking us in is absolutely wonderful. She made the experience that much better. We appreciated your little festival touches! Thanks again for helping me feel rejuvenated Kasa!

Beautiful mid-century hotel with all the features to make you feel at home. Likes: Very nicely designed, clean, thoughtful amenities, helpful cheerful staff. Dislikes: Parking was a bit of a hassle.

I stayed for one night solo and this was a great accommodation for me. Very clean rooms and friendly staff. The pool and on site restaurant was convenient. Street parking wasn’t difficult to find. The neighborhood is a mix but I felt safe overall.

The hotel was clean, the staff was amazing, and we overall had a wonderful stay! The one thing, at no fault of the hotel, is that the area is a bit sketchy.

I enjoyed staying at this Airbnb. The check-in was easy and convenient. I could come and go as I wish the Airbnb was clean and it was really cute theme pink and green. I enjoyed staying there.

I would stay here again! It didn’t have on site parking and was a street/lot/find your own free for all, but we got lucky and got a front row street parking for the weekend. The place was very charming and the aesthetic was there. It was a great location too just a 13 hilly walk to the beach.

My partner and I needed a night to rest on a roadtrip. The pool was warm and inviting. Bed was perfect. Everything in walking distance. The staff very friendly and accommodating.

Excellent stay! So aesthetically beautiful. Staff and service was so great and personal touches. So many nice touches, handwritten note, Vietnamese pour offer coffee, ear plugs and beautiful pool area. 10 out of 10!

This was a great stay. The room was modern and thoughtfully designed, simple yet elevated. It was comfortable, more affordable than other places in the downtown area, and easy to navigate. The vibe was quite and whimsical and the front desk attendant was very welcoming. I would stay here again.

The rooms & bathroom were both very clean. The furniture looked new. Would stay here again. I liked the virtual check in & check out process it was quick and easy and the instructions were very thorough. the property does not have a parking lot i did get lucky with metered street parking right in front where you can add time using an app.

The place was exactly as pictured! Very clean and the hosts were super responsive. My only complaint would be parking is sometimes a struggle to find but everything else was great!

Simple ,clean, and affordable! This Kasa property located locally in Long Beach was a great option for a nearby Festival I was attending with a friend. The rooms were simple but clean with king size beds accommodating our one night stay with reasonably priced rates compared to the area. The reception was very friendly and genuine which is rare! I absolutely stay at this property again for the easy convenience to this Annual Festival. Keep in mind, it does not offer parking, however, you can easily find parking with a 4-minute walk from a nearby parking structure that was less than $15 for the one night with in and out privileges! I'd rate this five stars and highly recommend get down

The rooms were really nice and chic! I just had a regular King bed room but it was comfortable and I liked their pillows. The room was fairly simple and didn’t include a microwave or a fridge. But I would say that the room is very clean. The front desk was very friendly and helpful with my check-in process. Due to the location, this hotel doesn’t have its own parking space so you’ll be on your own in terms of parking. There are spots around that are metered, while a few minutes of walking further there are also Public Parking spaces that can be paid by the day. The hotel itself has a gym, pool and also their own restaurant/alcoholic bar.

A very straightforward and cute hotel experience. The self check-in was easy, the room was clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful! Also, figuring out parking wasn't too bad. The electric kettle with teas and coffee in the room was a nice touch.
