They offer valet parking and bicycle rentals through third parties, which makes things harder to manage. We experienced several issues with the valet service—they left my car in drive overnight, which drained the battery, and they also changed my car settings without permission.
The front desk staff mentioned that we had one hour of free bicycle rental, but we were still charged for it, which was disappointing.
The room wasn’t the cleanest, but it was acceptable overall. However, the hair dryer was very sticky and unpleasant to use, and the balcony’s condition and view were disappointing, so we didn’t end up using it.
Overall, the stay was okay, but the issues with valet service, unexpected charges, and cleanliness could definitely be improved.
