Ocean front. Staff was helpful and wonderful! Room very clean and free continental breakfast

Not a RESORT whatsoever Our room had sand on the floor, no remote, and no additional blankets. There isn’t any service, besides valet, after 5pm. It’s essentially a poorly maintained and supplied VRBO for the price of a real hotel. The manager does not care and is unwilling to do what is right to appropriately compensate for the issue. The walls are thin and you can hear everyone is the hallways. The bathroom fans are very loud and annoying. STAY ELSEWHERE!

We had a wonderful time at this clean, quiet and spacious room. In the morning I would sit on the balcony, drink my tea and enjoy the ocean view. The staff was so friendly and helpful and the virtual help desk was convenient and efficient! I will definitely visit again!!!

Beach and Pool area were nice. Private beach area but limit chairs. The Room is not what we had originally expected. There was no shower door so anytime we showered the entire bathroom got soaked to the point we couldn’t keep anything in the bathroom, had to cover toilet paper rolls so they didn’t get soggy and had to lay plenty of towels down to catch the water. The ice bucket was dirty which was disappointing and the fridge did not work well. Bed was comfortable. There is no food on site beside the breakfast in the morning which was only a hot buffet on weekends but muffins/bagels on weekdays. We thought the restaurant was going to be open which had alcohol and lunch but came to find out that was closed. This place is good if you have a car but a poor location if you don’t.

We made a reservation and I tested positive for Covid 2 days prior to our reservation and because it was less than 48 hours prior to check in they will not let us cancel without paying the full price of our original reservation which is ~$2,000. So apparently they want us to show up and expose the staff and guests to Covid. Because if we are paying, I’m coming. So wear masks if you are there because I’ll be there Covid and all.

Staff are exceptional and very helpful! They really made our stay. The location is wonderful and beautiful! Right on the ocean - with all the views, hard to beat. The hotel itself can use a bit more upgrades, and in the room too. The breakfast has a lot of options, but lacks in protein and savory options. Really no options for parking except the Valet, but they are efficient and fast. Kids loved the pool and all the amenities.

The property was clean and beautiful! The staff we encountered were incredibly helpful and kind. My ONLY complaint is being able to hear the other guests in the hallway, but I would absolutely go back.

We hosted our baby shower at Hillsboro Beach Resort by Kasa and it was absolutely perfect. The space was beautiful and worked perfectly for the number of guests we had about 70 people including kids. It felt spacious, comfortable, and was the ideal setting for our event. Staci was extremely helpful during the planning process leading up to the event. She made everything easy to organize, answered all of our questions, and helped make sure everything was set up properly beforehand. Michelle was there during the event and she was incredible. She was attentive, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. The level of care and attention to detail meant so much to us and really made the day feel special. Our guests loved the venue and several people even asked me for the information afterward because they were interested in hosting events there as well. I highly recommend this venue if you’re planning an event. The team made everything seamless and it truly helped make our baby shower a beautiful and memorable day.

Property is very nice. Parking is only with Valet and costs $30/day. Room was small but clean. Balcony was nice touch. Mattress was not comfortable, it was soft and first night had a difficult time sleeping. Due to spring break, they could not switch us to another room or change the mattress. They did provide us with complimentary late check out which was fair although we checked out on time. Overall very good experience. Beach is very clean, breakfast was good with cutoff time of 11am which is unheard of in most hotels. If they can provide a good mattress that does not feel like a water bed, this is great hotel.

30 minute walk from the closest restaurants. The location was nice and very calm. Not super crowded either even during peak spring break. Breakfast was not great but glad there were some options. Pool was clean and beach was lovely.

This resort had everything we needed for a great stay! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice beach , had chairs and umbrellas. Will book again!

Room is pretty basic but nice. Could really use another mirror outside of the bathroom. Valet is only parking option but they are fast and friendly. Biggest thing that stood out to me is they have really nice toilet paper! It’s not typical hotel TP and by far the best I’ve seen in any hotel post Covid!!!

The pool and beach access, outdoor seating…were lovely and accommodating. However, the service was sub par. I had to seek out housekeepers or go down to front desk to get our towels and coffee refreshed every day. The bed was not comfortable and the tv hung next to the bed, so you had to lay on your side to watch. The bathroom is very small with zero counter space. The microwave worked only part of the time and the coffee maker was either not user friendly or did not work well. I was not a fan of the virtual check in and not having someone at the front desk much of the time. If you need anything after 5 pm you are out of luck. I would never stay here again due to the discomfort of the room and lack of customer service. We were on vacation and had to work too hard to get our basic needs met.

Awesome stay!

Stayed here for a week with my son. The location is great, beach is right there. For the most part it is very quiet and peaceful. The cons and an FYI if you do stay here. Breakfast is carb heavy. Scrambled eggs and sausage sat/sun. 8-11. Its a hard out at 11am... The room was just OK. One broken down chair to sit, adjoining door you can hear everything your neighbor is saying and doing. Refrigerator broke and leaked water all over the floor. They replaced it, but used my bath towel to wipe up the standing water. Took 3 days of me asking daily for a new towel. For whatever reason, they do not like giving you bath towels. A few other reviews mentioned that. They were supposed to clean the room mid week. Never happened. I said, could I at least get bath towels??? Caught a random employee in the hall and she finally gave me 2 towels. That was after me and my son shared 1 towel for 3 days. HUGE cockroach. They came up a few hours later and removed it. Sprayed the room with something horrible smelling. Again, never offering to clean. Beach-umbrellas and chairs go quick. The valet parking. It gets expensive tipping constantly, but they get your car quick. Normally they leave the car running or the keys in it. Last day, the Valet was holding my keys to ensure he would get a tip.... Kind of aggressive considering I was going to tip you anyway and have been all week. Strange guy in the pool. Not sure if he was staying there, but he had a horrible sunburn and seemed to be schizophrenic. He would pace all day and loudly talk to himself. This went on 8 hours a day.

This hotel is directly on the beach with private beach area. The pool is large and clean. Everything is very convenient. Very friendly employees. Great communication through text message. My husband, my self and two teen girls loved our 2 day stay!

Kasa was a great and responsive host. There was free breakfast every morning as well as a private pool and beach with chairs and umbrellas provided. Only negatives would be that there was a lot of construction in the hotels next to the resort which was very noisy along with the bathroom not being cleaned and there being hair in the bed. Overall, very relaxing and a great stay.

This resort was quiet and perfect for our beach getaway. The continental breakfast was great each morning and the full hot breakfast on the weekends was a great surprise. It was easy to take the free shuttle into town so we never moved the car during our 3 day stay. Looking forward to a return visit.

Great place to stay right on the beach!! Rooms are outdoors like motel style but overall nice room and great beach access.

Beautiful quiet room everything was great except the second day of stay they did not freshen the room and did not receive any clean towels or cup and coffee refills

The room was not as clean as it could of been. Checking in was a nightmare. There was no staff on duty when we checked in. The valet had to help us. He was wonderful. There was not enough towels in our room. There was a free breakfast. Which was nice.

Our room was on the right side of the hotel so if we went out on the balcony , we could see the ocean clearly. The staff was great! The parking, although extra, was so helpful because we were in and out of the hotel visiting family and the continental breakfast was a plus! And talk about pluses, being able to walk out on the beach and have a chair AND an umbrella was the best. We were only there for two nights but we loved it!

My go to place to stay whenever I’m back in Florida visiting

No storage in bathroom. My view was of dumpsters, not a garden. No silverware or glass in my unit that had a micro wave, sink and frig-only paper Not enough beach chairs

Lovely location

The staff was amazing!! Had a side view of the pool and ocean. Not ideal for walking to restaurants/bars etc. Overall was a great experience! Would stay again!

Awesome beach. Great location. 30 minute walk to Deerfield Beach and restaurants. Continental breakfast was a plus and valets were great and always available. Only complaint was that there was no after hours supervision for noise issues.

We have stayed here a few times. We usually take the one bedroom suite which has a spectacular ocean view but this time around we had a regular king size room. Partial oceanview but it was enough to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view each morning. Room was clean. Only negative i had was lack of lighting in the room. Also no dresser for Clothing and very small closet not enough. Also bring an iron as there is none in the room. Great stay here always. Staff great, amenities great. Reasonable rates. All around great

Xmas vacation It is located on a nice but small beach. No loungers only old rickety chairs on beach. Did not try restaurant as it looked a little run down. No front lobby per se. You drive into an underground parking area where you have to pay for parking daily. Pool is in the shade most of the day. Rooms are in need of a refresh. No daily cleaning unless you pay for it. The one time we did pay for it the cleaning crew left our door open. No compensation either. Overall I wasn’t really impressed but it’s not bad for a 3 star.
