This hotel is the definition of a cash grab. Everything looks nice on the website, but once you arrive, you realize you're basically staying at the Hotel of Hidden Fees.
First, $25 per day for valet parking. No self-parking option. Even if you’re just coming and going quickly, you’re stuck paying it. Strike one.
Then, we head to the beach — and wow, what a letdown. They want $15 for a single beach chair — and it’s old, stained, and dirty. Not a speck of hospitality there. You’d think for that price it’d be pristine or at least wiped down. Nope.
So we thought, okay, we’ll just bring our own stuff. Big mistake. They hit you with a $30 “outside beach setup fee” just to bring your own chair, your own umbrella, your kid’s chair, beach wagon, and yes — even your own drink. A fee to have your own beverage near the sand. Unreal.
Let’s break that down:
$25/day valet (mandatory)
$15/chair (if you want theirs, which you don’t)
$30 fee if you dare to bring your own stuff
It’s honestly insulting. You’re paying premium prices for the privilege of being treated like a walking ATM.
This hotel might have a great location, but it completely kills the vibe with its absurd charges and lack of basic hospitality. Clean your chairs, drop the nonsense fees, and maybe — just maybe — guests will actually enjoy staying here.
Until then, hard pass.
