Cleanliness was out of this world ! The smell was amazing ! The attentiveness of the staff was wonderful, even down to the valet service! Would love to stay here again.

Horrible experience. Prime room on ocean book be we were unable to occupy due to faulty fire and smoke alarms. No one on staff to fix problem. Only a desk clerk on duty that fumbled around for two hours telling us they would fix it. Had to beg for another lower level room until problem fixed next day. Cannot believe no other staff for 150 room hotel on duty. Dangerous and reckless. No on site water or vending. No phones in room to contact for services. Sonder chat service is a joke and requests for help only answered next day. Expedia support unable to help and ensure our comfort and safety.

Good area, quit, good food close to resort, rooms clean, the beach had a lot of seaweed but otherwise good location to relax for few days and enjoy the beach.

This property is in a great location for relaxation. Nice easy and safe walk to eateries. Great beach that people enjoy at all times of the day. As to the property it is not easy to find at night because of the poor signage and poor lighting. The parking attendants are very helpful and friendly. Check in was a breeze however the property could use some scrubbing if the furniture is not getting replaced. I would not recommend sitting without placing over the seating. The restaurant is kept as is it’s closed. Dirty windows dark lighting and not one employee in sight. We’ve stayed in this area before and this has been the dirtiest place we’ve stayed.

The hotel is very beautiful and clean, a little hidden gem in Deerfield Beach for families and adults. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, spacious, and the one I was assigned had a partial view of the sea! What I didn't like: The valet parking costs $25 each day, and something that doesn't make sense is that we were informed that the pool and beach were owned by the restaurant and that outside food and drinks were not allowed. This doesn't make any sense since I'm paying for the hotel and its facilities (pool and beach), and I shouldn't be obligated to use a restaurant that doesn't have gluten-free options or a special menu for allergies. Also, the variety of drinks is very limited! P.S. Thank you, Jeannine (front desk), for your excellent customer service; you are my number one reason for returning to this hotel.

Staff and property were nice. Free shuttle service was useless.

Great I was exhausted from a long bike ride, room was clean, shower had good pressure, staff was great, and the hotel beautiful. Only wish I had the time to enjoy the pool and the beach. I had sunburn from the bike ride, if I could have turned the room into a freezer, it would have been perfect

Bright lights that can’t be turned off in rooms, have to pay for everything including cleaning of rooms, no cold dinking water.

Good Enough The previous reviews about room and location were spot on! There is very limited space in the room to unpack. I wouldn't call what was offered a closet. The room is not conducive for relaxing indoors and the balcony (if you want to call it that- guessing 4' x 2 ) could not seat 2 people. Other rooms may be different, but even rooms with balconies facing the ocean appeared to be same size as mine. The front desk staff seemed miserable and at times could not be located. Explanations of beach chair rentals, breakfast option combos varied by customer. I heard a combo offer of chairs/breakfast given to someone, but I was never given this information at all. I rented a beach chair for $18 for one day. Everything said it was supposed to be $15. Apparently, the restaurant (no longer affiliated with the hotel) is where beach chairs, towels, etc are rented from. What is told by the hotel as combo offers or cost of rentals isn't always what the restaurant charges. I loved a few employees of the restaurant. They were personable and funny. The restaurant menu is limited, but what I had there (only lunch and dinner and wine) were decent. I won't choose this as a place to stay again, but it served to be pleasant enough for the few nights I was there.

Loved everything about our stay. Our room was excellent, the beach was beautiful and the staff was great! The valet service was great as well. Would absolutely recommend this place. Have nothing negative to say about it.

Wonderful stay We had a wonderful time. The hotel is well maintained and very clean. The matrress could be a bit firmer but thats a personal preference. The food must be eaten in your room unless you order from the restaurant which opens at 8.30 for breakfast which is too late if you have young kids. The location is amazing in front of the beacb and the pool is suffiwntly large. The valet is $25 per day with in and out priviledges which was nice. Would recommend and stay again.

I didn’t like the 4pm check in. One complaint was that the sofa-bed was not clean, the sheets were dirty. I went to the front desk to complain the lady told me that yes it was possible. Also, there is not a telephone in the room

Love it just hate that valet is the only way to park at this hotel, but for the price it all evens out and is worth it. This is my new favorite hotel when I come to this part of Florida!!!

I would definitely stay at this place again my wife liked it and so did I everything was clean great staff from the front desk to the valet parking attendees, true service with a smile all the time day or night even with the staff changes in shift. Not one bad incident. Im.all ready planning for our next trip hopefully sooner then what i want. I wish they would sell the sent they use in the lobby its a great smell

Everything was an extra charge and when me and another guess sat on the outside chairs the restaurant staff said you have to order something to sit on the chairs. From the breakfast to the parking and even having a guest over was an extra charge
