Not for long stays
Not all rooms have a view and balcony/patio - mine overlooked an alley and the window didn't open. I would say this place is just okay for a few nights.
Cons: Super expensive restaurant with a limited menu and automatic 20% gratuity that is in fine print on your receipt. $15 for "continental" breakfast really? They will chase you down if you try to bring your own chair onto the beach. No other restaurants/shops within close walking distance. You will need a car if you want to go anywhere. Mandatory valet parking at $25 a day. No cleaning service. This doesn't sound like a big deal but after a while no towels, no laundry gets old. There is a microwave, small refrigerator, sink, and coffee maker but no utensils, cups, silverware, nada. No water other than a lukewarm likely tap water dispenser in the lobby. Very noisy - door slamming, housekeepers talking loud in the hallway early morning. "Business center" is a computer on a desk in a very not very private area of the lobby. Beach is small and I had to move a few times to get away from an obnoxious couple playing music loudly. So much for peaceful day at the beach. Pros: there is a beach
