Horrible! Do not come with high (or any) expectations. I never write reviews, but had to make an exception for this place! I stayed here on a business trip. My room was filthy, and had to wipe down every surface. Floors were dirty and drapery was broken. No phone in the room to connect with the front desk, and my room had 1 tiny table lamp for the entire room, very dark. No lights over the dining table or living room area. No iron, no alarm clock, no water, literally nothing here. The furniture was chipped in several areas and the dining table was wobbly. But by far the worse thing was that I came back to my room after leaving the privacy sign on, only to find a random toaster on my table. I went down to the front desk to ask why someone had entered my room and left a toaster, when I clearly did not request it. They had no idea, and I was not able to get any resolution from anyone there, other than to say that their "houseman" had left it there, and a manager would call me within 24-48hrs. Oh, and he said, " just make sure nothing is missing". Really?? My privacy was violated! The privacy sign on your hotel door should be sacred!
Do not bother making a reservation here!
