I loved the peacefulness and tranquility! The beach is private, it gives a beach vacation atmosphere! I will definitely stay here again!

Easily one of the best stays of my entire life. Flight was delayed coming in and we arrived well after midnight. Alpert checked us in with a smile despite the time and Kenya and her valet team were just as welcoming and continued to be fast and AMAZING the entire time. We never waited more than a couple minutes for our car even though we came and went fairly frequently. Room was clean and just as pictured—plus, the luxury feel for the fair price just couldn’t be beat. Love the area as it was much more relaxed than staying in any of the surrounding cities (but only a short drive from many more urban areas) and the private beach experience was perfect for a nice, relaxing day between sight-seeing. Plus, between the pool and beach, my very busy 8-year-old was occupied and happy. All staff from valet, to restaurant (YUM, by the way), to beach attendant (yes, a beach attendant), and general staff were all attentive and friendly. As with most places, there were fees for parking (approximately $20 a day) and for chair/umbrella rental on the beach ($15 each per day) but totally worth it considering how attentive valet was and the quality of the beach area. Oh, and definitely order a Piña Colada or two!

Wow! Wow! Wow! This place is amazing! This place makes you feel like a million bucks for a great price! The staff are all amazing each one we encountered spoke to us with kindness and respect. Front desk staff Jeannie and Allison were great made us feel so safe and comfortable offered to hold our bags really great hospitality service got there super early from our flight and they were able to get us checked in early they both deserve a raise! The beach attendant was super nice and carried our chairs to and from the beach. The room was spotless and upon entering a lovely note and some goodies were left for us really great housekeeping staff! The view was speechless! We ate at the restaurant 3 times it was great every time! Would highly recommend to anyone. Definitely made our honeymoon one to remember forever! Thank you Sonder❤️

Wonderful small hotel beachfront hotel. Private beach, large updated room with kitchenette. Near the pier and plenty of local restaurants Valet parking only, Not quite a full service hotel - somewhere between a hotel and an airbnb. We loved it

The best part of the hotel is the direct beach access. The only downside is too many fees. Entry and exit is tight.

Peace and quiet perfect place for true vacation time. Just few steps to the beautiful privat sand beach with perfectly clean and clear water. Very friendly and professional staf. Restaurant is available for brunch, lunch and diner. 30 minutes walk to bar's and restaurants and other fun to look for. I will definitely recommend this place specially to the couples in love ❤️.

Wish they had a little better amenities. Will definitely stay again though. Beautiful views. Restaurant needs an atmosphere. No music or life to it.

Disappointed 3 years ago this was a great boutique hotel. Nice lobby, clean, modern rooms, professional staff . Sonder purchased this and not knowing the Sonder business model , I was very disappointed. With Sonder it is no frills, no room cleaning ( unless you book days in advance) The lobby was a mess and the staff was dressed unprofessional as well as had no care for their job. The hotel location is its only good point now, but the hotel is not what it was. I learned that Sonder offers cheaper rates, but for that you get bad service. I guess “ you get what you pay for”

Overall it’s not a terrible resort but so much opportunity to be an excellent resort. The outside patio areas could just use a good cleaning. Spilled dried drinks are evident on the side of the tables. Seats stained, floors etc. But not horrible just could be better. The room was great. It was clean & comfortable. The exterior paint could use a refresh to another color. The gray looks dreary. Could use better lighting all over. Too dark in the corridors. The lobby had a water cooler with lemon water but had not been changed in a long time as the lemon was rotten in the water. Thank goodness I tasted a little but spit it out before a kid drank it. I told them and they removed it but never replaced it the whole time we were there. That was just something overlooked and neglected. They are right on the beach and it was great. Sectioned off area for the guests was nice. Umbrellas and chairs available at extra cost. The restaurant was very good. I enjoyed the food and we ate there multiple times. Definitely pricey but you’re paying for convenience. If you don’t mind the extra cost it’s worth it. Good service and very nice people. I suggest they add an open case refrigerator for drinks, milk, juice, snacks, candy etc. There is nothing local and you have to drive or walk over a mile to get anything so if they bring the basic necessities to the guest they could make some money and fill a need for the guest. Remove the business center and add the mini mart.

very clean and modern room! nice finishing, very comfortable king bed, and we got upgraded for free to a room with a balcony which was a nice surprise! they had cookies prepared and available in the lobby which was sweet, too!

The biggest scam in life, they even charge you for breathing. The hotel's website is a total lie, full of false information. Very bad attention from the employees. I wouldn't even think about it even if they gave it to me to go to this nefarious hotel.

There were lots of hidden fees such as early check in, valet parking, chair and umbrellas for the beach and cleaning of your room. We got one cleaning for free on our trip for a week and was unable to book others even if we wanted to pay so that was a bit annoying. But, the area was quiet and nice to relax at. The beach is small so the water was a bit choppy. The pool is well kept and they have free seating options there so no stressing on spending more cash than you wanted to. The bar was nice and convenient for cold drinks and the restaurant is over priced for what you get but, again, if you like convenience, it isn’t a horrible option. Overall, this place was a good price for what we intended the vacation to be and people there were generally friendly.

Great hotel, close to the beach, private medium size beach but we can walk allover, water super warm, rooms comfortable and big, good pool comformtable beach chairs, good restaurant but a bit expensive for us. Some things to be attentive of: 1. Parking : 25$ / day mandatory Valet parking 2. Cleaning and room service / food etc, are done through the "sonders app" and it's a different company, problem is it's not always available, from a 7 day stay our room was cleaned only once! No other availability. TIP: Reserve room cleaning in advance. 3. For the beach : an umbrella is 15$ / day and chair 15$ / day, you can`t bring your own.

Our comforter on our bed was dirty dark stains around the top edge they did bring us a new one but did not change it just left it in the room for us to do since they require you to request and pay for a room cleaning if you want any cleaning done during your stay. Also when I booked I did not realize that it was valet parking only as when I booked no where did it say until I got an email of all the property requirements after it was to late to cancel. Staff was nice enough there than that but we will lot stay here again.

Limited housekeeping. Room was not ready at check-in. Microwaves and refrigerators do not work efficiently. Beach towel shortage in the afternoons. Valet and beachfront were great.

Fantastic property and great customer service

Excellent hôtel avec un très bon rapport qualité prix. Le personnel était très professionnel. Une vue incroyable depuis la chambre (une suite). Un peu Loin des restaurants et grands hôtels ect mais sa fait en sorte qu'il ni a pas personne sur la plage 👍👍👍 le service de valet était très bon aussi pratique et professionnel.
