Airbnb
We love staying here - it's our 3rd year in a row and won't be our last. The location downtown cannot be beat (with gorgeous urban views facing the lake) and everything about the experience of staying here at our Kasa Airbnb has always been very smooth, pleasant, well-handled and convenient. This company seems to be very well-managed and the results are always very consistent, wherever we've stayed (not just this location). The apartment/condo itself is also great -- very spacious, airy, a good amount of layered lighting, comfortable bed, good water pressure & very detailed instructions. There is a bit of a process for getting in (with various codes, to be expected in a highrise downtown building) and we also brought our car -- however, as mentioned before, the instructions for how to handle entry and also parking (if one is driving), is so clear, detailed (with photos) and explicit, that there should not be a way to fumble. This place is a 10 out of 10 and we can't wait to return.
