Clean room, everything you needed, good location. We really enjoyed staying at the Guild. The location was good and the room had everything we needed. We were staying in austin for a girls trip, but this place would be perfect for a family stay too. Loved the HUGE closet.

Clean. Clean. Clean. Modern and functional, but very comfortable. I don't need a great deal of services, and this was a good balance for me. Appreciated the secure entry and convenient keyfob (instead of using a code).

Best hotel Austin is great fun everywhere from bars to shows to great food cant wait to go again and the guild is the only spot I'll probably stay at simple to access great room close to everything I wanted to be by can walk to everything or take a scooter I recommend the guild to anyone that wants to stay in the area and I thank them for making my stay very easy and convenient

Very uncomfortable bed and sleep/sofa. Otherwise perfect.

Great Stay Clean, modern room. We had two bedrooms and a balcony with a city view (getting a river view would be preferable). Very close to virtually all of downtown ATX activities. No problem on check in but it is not your normal hotel check-in procedure so just make sure you read the instructions. 5 minute walk to the river, 5 minute walk to 6th street. Numerous restaurants and bars nearby. The few questions I had the staff answered swiftly. I utilized the gym which had everything I needed. I liken it more to a VRBO or AirBnB type of stay. Great if you want to grab some food to cook in the room to save some dosh or grab some beers for the balcony. There is on-site parking for $20. I'd stay again especially if were going to spend a few days in ATX.

I loved the style and overall atmosphere of this building and room. The communication was excellent and we absolutely loved our stay :)

After having a little difficulty finding the property we were surprised at how spacious and clean our apartment was. It was a gorgeous warehouse style apartment in a great location. Extremely secure and safe area. Easy to get around the city.
