This stay was a mess. Upon arrival the instructions for the garage were off. Once we finally got into our room.......we had NO key fob nor parking card for our entire stay. What BS. Then I just noticed they had the nerve to send me a bill for 17.00. I think they owe me money for the inconvenience of having to go to the lobby, get out of the elevator to enter an access code, get back on the elevator to go to my room.
What a joke. I will not recommend the Guild properties to anyone.
And I forgot, a pile of sheets.....possibly dirty on the washer, and towels hanging in bathroom appeared to possibly be dirty. We rewashed all bathroom towels before using. I do have photos of all of this mess.
