The location is great but the apartment is not in tip top shape. The shower door had to be slammed shut, there was peeling paint and caulk and just a general feeling of being rundown. The walls were paper thin and we could hear everything in the nearby units.

It is in a great location just off of Wright Square. The building was secure and it was clean and the perfect size for me and my wife. You can hear the church bells in the morning, but that was not an issue for us as we like to get up early. I would definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect to explore Savannah, walkable to all the sites we wanted to see. It was easy to check in and extend to a late check out. The space was clean and aligned with the photos & description.

Great spot to stay right off Broughton! Easy walk to anything you’d want to do. The studio space we were in was perfect for two of us. No real complaints about the place, just had some very noisy neighbors which is no fault of Kasa’s! We were extra grateful for the white noise machine bc of that though! Bookers be mindful that there is no parking with he room, but we had no trouble finding street and deck parking nearby.

SO happy with this stay. We were in dead center of EVERYTHING. We would come back to the apartment multiple times a day for many reasons without any issues. Loved this stay

Very clean space, comfy bed and appreciated the welcome treats & water! Great location & felt safe. A little pricey - I would have liked to know I was gonna be charged an extra $35 for one night with my dog in advance which was too much so they should mention the amount expected in listing but other than that I enjoyed my stay & recommend it

This is a lovely little apartment with street views. Has a full kitchen, in addition to a washer and dryer. It’s right on Bull Street, so you have many great options within walking distance. We especially enjoyed walking to the River District to watch the sunset.

A lovely little apartment with street views. Parking is a little complicated and you end up carrying your luggage always, but that’s ok. The only thing I’d change is adding a drop off parking spot in front of the building for loading and unloading your luggage. Otherwise everything was delightful! It has a full kitchen as well as a washer and dryer!

My husband and I stayed here for our baby moon and it was great! Amazing location with everything being in walking distance and thankfully very quiet at night. The hosts were extremely responsive and check-in/out was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again.

Sometimes too good to be true, actually is just that! I found no reason to say anything but great things about my stay here with my daughter! The parking is the only negative, but there is a lot less than a block away and we got street parking several days! Love the location and this felt like a home away from home. Safe spot, kid friendly, and cooking at our room saved us some dough! Keep up the good work!

This place is a gem! Located in a super secure building with codes required, and is in such a nice walkable area with great restaurants. The apartment was so clean and we appreciated the water and snacks as well! Loved it here for our one-night stay in Savannah!
