It's a very conveniently located studio apartment in historic Savannah. I mostly ate out but I was also able to cook in (fresh food from the Forsyth farmers market) for a couple of meals

A great studio apartment right in a perfect location in Savannah

great central location. noisy like everywhere else on Broughton. easy in and out access, spend a little time circling the blocks and a parking space will usually come open.

This was a great location in the heart of the historic area of Savannah. Easy walk to many historic landmarks, restaurants and other attractions.

Horrible stay, no ac 85 degree room, took a clothing item after we left, 1 month now and I still haven’t received my partial refund which I had to demand.

Nice large space for a couple or solo traveler right downtown. Excellent location and would stay here again!

We recently booked a two-night stay at the Kasa Altmayer Hotel in Savannah, GA, for mid-October, and I wanted to share our experience! When we arrived, we were delighted to see our room—it was so nice, clean, spacious, and beautifully furnished! It truly had everything we could ask for. Unfortunately, we faced some unexpected technical issues that meant we couldn’t use our room. We had to rebook at a different Hotel at the last minute, which was a bit of a bummer since it ended up costing us double the price. I want to give a huge shoutout to our contact person, Jay Ann. She was incredibly understanding and worked diligently to find the best solution for us. I’d also like to recognize the management at Kasa Altmayer. They were super helpful and efficient throughout the whole situation, which made things much easier for us. I’m happy to report that the amount we had already paid for the room was refunded without any hassle! We’re looking forward to spending a few more days in Savannah soon, and we’ll definitely be booking at the Kasa Altmayer Hotel again next time. Thank you for everything!

Great place It was a great location! Clear directions to get access into the studio. Found it to be very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again if back in Savannah.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for the weekend as we came into town for an event. The location of the hotel was perfect as we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Everything was only about a 10-15 minute walk. The weather was absolutely perfect for it as well. The check in process was SUPER easy and we had no issues. The room was spacious, very clean, and had everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable. The room had a washer & dryer and full kitchen set up, which was really nice although we did not use them. There were plenty of towels and what not, and some toiletries provided. I recommend parking at the State Street parking garage which is only about a block away. The first night we used the Bull Street garage but they close from 1am-7am and it was a little more expensive. You can park on the street but we weren’t able to find open spots. But we were really happy with the accommodations and our stay here and I highly recommend staying here if you want to be close to everything!

Great location, walkable, and clean

It is a good location and the apartment is fine as well. It was slightly dirty in the bathroom but other than that it was pretty much what I’d expect.

We really enjoyed our stay here and the location and price were great!

I wish I would've looked at more reviews. Looks like the AC being down is a pretty frequent issue here. If you want to be cool during your stay, don't book here. It is a nice location and the room would be great but I feel like I've been falsely advertised to and wouldn't have booked here if I had know the AC would be an issue. Also, Google says parking is free, that is also false. I had to find a garage to park in for an extra 22 bucks a day. They did issue a partial refund and offer a full one, I was only staying one night thankfully so toughed it out. The walkablity within Savannah itself is fantastic. They did do well with text communication overall. I just would've rather been comfortable in the room. I was not able to sleep. Entirely too hot and window will not open. Also the ceiling fan is loose and noisy. This building has other businesses inside as well, not just rooms. Can be noisy within.

My husband and I had a great stay in Savannah with Kasa! Here’s all the things I wish I’d known before the trip (for reference we were in the 1 Bedroom Queen): Pros: -Best location you could possibly ask for! It’s at Bull & Broughton, right in the center of the action and easy walks elsewhere downtown. -That being said, it’s a really noisy part of the city, but Kasa provided a sound machine and ear plugs. -Speaking of which, each bedside table had a plug port that supports a traditional wall plug, and USB & micro USB ports. -Full kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave & fridge with an ice maker. -Washer & dryer with laundry pods. -Safe! There was a code from the outside to get into the lobby, in the elevator to go to that floor, and at the door. Plus there was a dead bolt and door guard that you could flip to secure the room even more. -Extra towels under the sink - something I always check for first thing! -Roku TV that auto signs you out after your stay. -Not one but TWO luggage racks in the closet. -High ceilings, great view. -Standing fan and ceiling fans & the AC worked great. -Spacious bathroom & shower. -Dining room table was a nice workspace. -EXCELLENT WiFi - both uploading and downloading speeds we’re perfect for streaming and video calls. -Full sized shampoo, conditioner, and body gel. And a hairdryer under the sink! -Virtual Font Desk - texting made it incredibly easy to quickly get any question answered. Cons: -There are blackout curtains but they’re too short width wise to actually block out the light. -No coffee maker. -There’s just one towel bar over the toilet that’s too short for anything but a hand towel so we hung ours from hangers in the closet. -No drawers, so we had to keep most of our things laid out in our suitcases on the luggage racks. -No king beds available. Overall I’d recommend it and would stay again!

I truly enjoyed staying here. It was walking distance to everything that we wanted to be near. The response was very fast and they provided very clear instructions!

The location is great with excellent walkability. Having a CVS across the street is handy for any last-minute needs. The building is older with older quirks. That's to be expected in a old southern town like Savannah. Dramatic improvements could be made at hardly any cost. For example, the lighting is really, really bad. Harsh blue/daylight lighting everywhere. I found myself not bothering to turn on the lights. Luckily, there was a decent lamp.

Great place located in the middle of all shopping and restaurants. Try to get curb parking, parking garages are a little pricey. I’d definitely stay again.
