Safe, Central, and So Convenient! My stay at Casa in Savannah was wonderful! The location couldn't have been better—it's incredibly convenient to amazing breakfast spots, shopping, and all of the beautiful downtown attractions. Everything was within easy walking distance, which made exploring the city so enjoyable. We also felt very safe throughout our stay, which gave us great peace of mind. The combination of comfort, convenience, and the perfect central location made this a fantastic place to stay. We'd absolutely book here again!

Check in was relatively easy. The location was excellent. The concept is good. Room was a little banged up, shower door didn’t close, closet doors hanging by a thread. Saturday night was totally crazy noisy with loud car stereos, engine revving etc. windows not sound proof? On top of it all hide a bed didnt work. Had to sleep on couch. Parking kind of a nightmare.

Nice location, street parking was easy to find on weekday, detailed check in/out instructions. Building & room are old and outdated, walls are super dirty. Bathroom wasn’t very clean, hairs in sink and in shower. Shower door broken. Kitchen & bed clean. Paid $160 for night, would be worth it if it was about $100 per night for what is offered. Overall would recommend over a motel.

This place was in the best location. Central to everything you want to see and do. It’s also conveniently located right next to a CVS for anything you forgot or to get snacks or drinks for your room. It was a perfect amount of space for 2 people and our dog. We will definitely be back!

The location of this property is great being very walkable to all areas of Savannah. Even though parking is not available on-site, a public garage is one block away. A CVS is located right across the street if you forget any toiletries. We did have two issues. The sofa bed was broken and made for a very uncomfortable sleep. Also the walls are EXTREMELY thin and you will hear everything, and I do mean "everything" your neighbors do. So if you need your sleep, not a great choice.

Kasa is always a pleasure to book with. I have stayed at multiple properties of theirs and they have always been fantastic. Locations are always walkable and have great views. Always clean and spacious. We will be booking through Kasa every chance we get in the future.

Honestly, this stay was well worth it. It’s so close to downtown, incredibly spacious, and very affordable. dogs are not to be left alone here and there’s no parking. and there definitely was some dirty dishes and dog hair around. other than that it was absolutely worth the stay!

Had an absolute blast. Stayed right in downtown, walking distance from EVERYTHING. CVS right across the street. River only a 10 minute walk. Parks everywhere. Incredible. My only gripe, if at all, is paid parking only. Street parking is the cheapest with about $30 for the whole day. Free from 8pm-8am. Highly recommend

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely book here again! The location was perfect—within walking distance of River Street, great shopping, and plenty of restaurants, making it easy to explore Savannah without having to drive everywhere. Although it’s a studio unit, it was surprisingly spacious and comfortably accommodated two people and our dog. The apartment was clean, modern, and well-maintained, and the building itself felt very safe and secure with easy access throughout our stay. Parking in the public garage across the street was convenient, but it can get expensive. I’d recommend finding street parking if possible and leaving your car there for the duration of your trip since everything is so walkable. Overall, this was an excellent value for the price, and we’ll definitely be booking this property again on our next trip to Savannah!

Very large space and right in the middle of historic Savannah. It was walking distance to pretty much everything I wanted to get to and the checkin and out process was super simple. Will try and stay there again the next time I go.

I would highly recommend staying at Kasa Altmayer! Although there is not parking provided, there are plenty of affordable parking decks walking distance to the Airbnb. The amenities provided are great, and we felt safe our entire trip!

The apartment was exactly as pictured—spacious, clean, and well-maintained. It’s located in a fantastic area that is central to everything, making it easy to explore the city on foot. While there is no on-site parking, there is a parking garage on State Street just a short walk away. It cost us only $25, and we left our car there for the duration of our stay while walking everywhere. The mornings can be a little noisy due to garbage trucks and the nearby bell tower, but it wasn’t disruptive for us. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, would happily stay here again, and would definitely recommend it to others.

This place made our entire weekend! Located in such a central part of downtown Savannah, we were able to walk everywhere. I didn’t use my car for three days. Check in and check out was very easy. Not only that, but they are extremely responsive to help/questions! Only downside was that the walls in between are a bit thin, but considering the location and the fact they are like mini apartments we know it can’t be fully soundproof. Overall, great spot!

Excellent location, parking was easy, available restaurants and stores. If you're traveling with pets there is a square less than 1/2 block to walk to. You may experience an unhoused person but they were very friendly if spoken to otherwise they kept to themselves. I didn't not feel unsafe at anytime during my stay. Highly recommend.

Kasa reached out immediately when I made the reservation with instructions on what to expect and when I could check-in. I had questions and they responded quickly, politely and efficiently. We had a fantastic stay at Kasa on Bull Street. You absolutely cannot beat this location—we were steps away from amazing restaurants, shopping, and the historic squares, making it incredibly easy to explore Savannah on foot. If you want a decent, convenient home base in the heart of the city, this is it. Highly recommend!
