We enjoyed our stay at the historic Savannah location. Everything was right outside of the building, walkable to restaurants, shopping, River Street, and the trolley station. Kasa responded immediately to an issue with the heating unit and arranged for repair asap. They continued to check on us and communicated very well. Nice place with everything we needed and the convenience we wanted for our trip.

The apartment is wonderfully located in Savannah’s historic district and you are surrounded by terrific nightlife and restaurants. I work nights and sleep during the day and with a provided white noise machine, a fan and a face mask I didn’t hear any city noises at all. There was a small hiccup for a required building code inspection while I was there and management worked with me and it was flawless-no problem at all. I highly recommend this apartment for those wanting to stay downtown in Savannah.

Our place was very clean. It's in an excellent location, right in the downtown area, with a CVS across the street if you need to buy supplies. Everything is done online in terms of checking in and out, you have to do a pre check in once you book then they send you all the instructions for your stay. They send you the codes for the room the day of. They offer late check out for a fee, which was nice and are responsive when you text them questions or call. I definitely recommend them if you want to be right downtown and be in easy walking to a lot of the attractions and shops.

Nothing other than the location was good. Check-in process was easy. However the apartment lacks warmth and just has the feel of an industrial warehouse with large space with no rugs, no character, no good lighting and one window! The most disappointing part was that the A/C vent was leaking. Although the customer service person was prompt in responding back ,they said they couldn't fix it. This left me with disturbed sleep from the dripping sound of the leak and the noise from people on the street. Overall this was a disappointing stay.

The property needs maintenance. The walls need to be painted, the baseboards are filthy. The blind was stuck up and I couldn’t reach it to bring it back down. It is not up to SONDERS standards. The location is fabulous. However, parking is a nightmare. There is no place to unload your luggage. So be prepared to pack lightly and save yourself a headache of walking through the streets with luggage and backpacks.

The location was perfect. It was in the middle of everything which made walking everywhere pretty easy. We didn’t have any issues with noise. The place wasn’t the cleanest but the pros outweighed the cons. The shower could really use a shelf for the bottles.

This was such a great place to stay. It's in the heart of downtown close to everything. Couldn't recommend this place more. Our host was so helpful and checked in regularly to make sure everything was great with our stay. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip back to Savannah.

Absolutely loved my kasa! It was a great space with a full kitchen and large space to live for the week! The location was absolutely spectacular and we were right in the middle of all the hubbub in Savannah! Felt safe the entire time and really enjoyed it. Loved the locking door on the street and elevator needing a code to go up. Really added to the safe feeling. This is a staff free “hotel” so if you forget anything (toothpaste, razor, etc.) there is a CVS across the street to stock up.

Kasa Savannah was not our first choice but it was in our top 5 when we were searching. Our first choice had a water leak a couple days before our visit and we had to find alternate accommodations and fortunately Kasa had an open apartment on our dates so we were delighted. The instructions were very clear and right when promised. The location was perfect for what we wanted in the Historic District, very clean and comfortable. I only have 2 minor complaints. The shower water pressure is very low and there were no Kitchen hand towels or wash cloths. There is a dishwasher but nothing to clean just a few items other than paper towels. Overall I still rate a 5 as these were noticeable to us but very minor.

When you texted them with a question or concern they responded in a very timely fashion. The setup was perfect, the location the bomb and the atmosphere was comforting. The Kasa team was responsive and helpful when I had an issue. if you're in Savanah and don't look into Kasa - it's your miss!

No major complaints at all, very central location for walking, parking was the toughest part. Vehicle didn’t fit in parking garage, had to find street parking and hope for the best. Only issue was the oven door was open when we arrived, turns out it didn’t fully close. Overall very happy and would stay here again.

You can’t beat this location. If you want to be in the heart of the city, this is the spot. The apartment is comfortable. The AC can be a bit loud if you’re sensitive to noise. I was OK. It’s not newly renovated, so expect to see some wear and tear. Check-in was smooth and communication with management was clear and straightforward.

The location was top notch! My son and I were able to walk all over and always felt safe. Lots to do as soon as you step out of the building. It was quiet at night and we rested well in the space. I’d definitely rebook!

Wonderful place, very clean, centrally located to everything. So glad we picked here! Didn’t realize St. Patrick’s Day was such a celebration and unfortunately, we’re leaving a day before the parade because this would’ve been a premier location to watch everything. Within five minutes walk to the river, Forsyth Park, Colins Quarter and all the other top spots. You won’t be disappointed!

located in such a convenient area as everything was easily accessible by walking. the airbnb itself was simple and clean, just enough for us to have what we needed during the trip. there was earplugs and a white noise machine provided for us but we didn’t feel the need to use it as it was very quiet for us. thank you to kasa for hosting such a efficient place for us!

I was hesitant about the AI but I must say our stay was pleasant. The location is perfect for all activities in the historical area. A public parking garage is a block away with reasonable rates. We parked our car and walked everywhere. After booking through Booking.com I was surprised to receive a separate email for the pet fee of 85.00. However, the room fee plus the pet fee was lower than I could get at a hotel. The cleanliness and location were all excellent.

We loved staying here. It was right in the middle of all the action but when you were inside the apartment it was silent and peaceful. The bed was comfortable with nice cotton sheets and a fluffy duvet. The bathroom was spacious and the living room was great for taking a break. We will definitely stay here again when we’re back.

The room was extremely noisy at night when your trying to sleep it sounded like an air compressor was going off in the r Likes: Location Dislikes: The noise coming from their heating and air conditioning system. Couldn’t sleep at night. They gave me ear plugs and a sound sleep machine.
