8/10 Very good
PROS: Walkable to Reno Public Market/Midtown, Comfortable bed, Clean, Roomy
CONS: Parking for a fee but it's unassigned & depending on when you arrive, you end up two buildings away, Poorly stocked kitchen (dishes for 2, no servingware, cooking utensils, napkins, dishtowels, or kitchen basics like oil, salt/pepper), Traffic audible on the Virginia street side of the building (interior would be ok), Loud washing machine, Undrinkable k-cup coffee
NEUTRAL: This is basically an extended stay hotel with no front desk. AI concierge that feels like it has a language barrier, some of the auto-instructions received weren't great. But it does get you to a real person pretty fast. We actually would've extended but didn't want to deal with the AI help so we went over to the Peppermill instead.
