We enjoyed our stay with Kasa at The Artisan ! Check in was easy and they gave very clear detailed instructions. Easy to locate garage parking. Our unit was very clean! Close to many attractions and lots of food !

Generally a good option. Great communication. Apartment was cozy but a little worn and under equipped. Despite having a kitchen the only spices or condiments available were salt/pepper and oil. Toilet roll holder was loose, marks and scuffs on many areas of walls, several pieces of gym equipment didn't function properly. There was noise from the upstairs unit. Feels generally like upkeep isn't a top priority. But it's well located and reasonable price wise.

Toilet roll holder was loose, marks and scuffs on many areas of walls, several pieces of gym equipment didn't function properly. There was noise from the upstairs unit. Feels generally like upkeep isn't a top priority. But it's well located and reasonable price wise.

The master bath shower/tub was unusable due to a broken handle and only had one of three light bulbs working so it was also dark. No one came to look at it or even just to change the light bulbs. The AC was not cooling properly. Only received a generic response that they would try to come address our issues in 24-48 hours, 48 hours later and still no one came. We had three day stay so none of our issues were taken care of during our stay.

Loved the apartment; location, cleanliness, amenities and generally very impressed. Happy with KASA pre-checkin communication. However I found there were a couple of occasions where the staff in the building (residents staff) were quite rude. Other than that, happy!

We only stayed here one night before flying out to Boston for a concert, but it was great! The gated parking is very nice and the location is in a perfect, walkable area with lots of things to do and great food around. The coffee bar was also a great addition. Would love to stay again next time we’re in Nashville!
