Great location and a lovely flat! We only stayed one night, but it was perfect for what we needed. Easy walk or short Uber to Broadway, and close to lots of great bars and restaurants in the Gulch area. Comfortable stay and would definitely recommend.

Accommodations were perfect for our needs. Very clean and spacious. Location was outstanding! Plenty of nightlife and eateries nearby, close to Vandy, and walkable to the happenings on Broadway. Safe and secure parking was available. Communication was excellent, for host was very proactive with clear instructions. When returning to Nashville, this will be my choice of stay.

Booked on VRBO and had some issues with the fees being more than I had agreed to on VRBO. They adjusted it for me. AC went out in our unit on the first day but they moved us to a larger unit for the rest of the stay. Very clean place

Cute, clean apartment but it is 30 minutes + if you are looking to walk to downtown Honky Tonk Alley. Otherwise everything is as described. Parking is a little of a hassle. There were no clear instructions which part of the garage to park in once we got our access fobs. Also no clear instructions how to use the fobs. Overall though the apartment was nice.

I visit Nashville often as I have a daughter living there, so I have stayed at many Airbnb’s. This experience was fantastic! I would love to reserve this same unit every time I come to Nashville: the building and unit were clean, the directions were clear, the parking is gated, and the host was immediately responsive. Definitely one of my best stays in Nashville!

We had come from a 7 days road trip to our stop in Nashville and oh wow was the bed comfortable!! The kitchen was well equipped and the fridge huge. We loved that there was a washing machine and dryer, with detergent which was free to use. AC worked well and was really quiet. The neighbourhood was quiet too, parking and check-in was really easy. We always walked into Downtown, which was abaout a 30min walk. Overall we loved it and would stay at Kasa again any time!!
