8/10 Very good
The stay was good and easy to find. Parking to unload was not available upon my arrival and when I left spaces were always taken. Other than that...the place was perfect and the location was great close to a lot of things and walkable.

I was very pleased with the cleanliness, quiet and comfort of the studio as well as the amenities. Everything I needed to prepare a simple meal was there. Looking forward to another stay in Nashville at Kasa in the near future.

Stayed here to work at the WeWork across the street for a few days before heading to Bonnaroo. Apartment has everything you would need and the in-unit laundry was a plus!

A nice place. The secure , private parking is a nice amenity. Very few condiments in the kitchen, and not many kitchen pots pans/ cooking wares, etc

Good value. Nice clean apartment that's walkable to the downtown Broadway spots. Not a hotel, so don't expect "service" of any sort while you're here.

The apartment was great. Walkable location, very clean, plenty of space for 4 people.
Check in was confusing. We had to register for a different account for the property management company to get into the unit.

Likes: Lovely property, good location for music row, access to washing machine in property
Dislikes: Bedroom has an ongoing noise - sounded like from engineering works in parking garage directly under room. Air plugs and white noise generator helpfully provided by owner. A little far from downtown where we spent most time

We are looking for the clean place where we can stay with a small dog. I found this place and it was great :) It was clean and neat also good to walk around this area with a dog.
They have very clean and useful kitchen.
Only one thing that bothered me was sound proof but they prepare the earplugs on the bed which is very considerable.
We stayed very happily. Thank you.

Likes: Nice and quiet location. Plenty of room for a couple. Clean and we liked the ability to text the property manager.
Dislikes: Our only problem was our smoke detector battery was dying leaving it beeping for 12 hours before they came to change. I understand it takes time to get someone to change it but it was obvious.

Nashville on a budget
The location in Music Row was great we walked everywhere. The bed was so comfortable and the kitchen could have been used to make meals it had everything. We were happy with coffee and tea and warming up leftovers. Building was quiet and neighborhood super safe.
