Kasa staff were super informative on the check in instructions in regards to parking. We were in Nashville for a concert and we walked to the venue near Broadway in less than 30 min. perfect for not having to deal with parking and all the traffic of downtown. Tons of restaurants around the apartment. The detailed instructions led to a flawless check in and allowed us to quickly get out and experience Nashville to its fullest. We had a blast and thank you for letting us stay!

We had a great stay here while in Nashville! The apartment was larger than expected, very clean, easy to get inside, and close to good places to eat, including a 5 minute walk to a fully guided Historic Trolley Bus stop that has stops all around Nashville. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quieter stay outside of the downtown area!

Perfect location! Apartment was clean, well stocked and had everything we needed. Check in and check out was a breeze and communication with the Kasa team was top notch. This is the 2nd Kasa property we’ve stayed in (first was Savannah) and we will always look for Kasa properties for our trips going forward. They are more affordable than Airbnbs and hotels, pricing is transparent and service is so much better. Highly recommend!

This was a great stay. I especially enjoyed the all digital helpdesk and the seamless self check-in that didn’t involve any antiquated keys or lock boxes or anything that can kinda be annoying sometimes. The place itself was clean. The apartment was nice and modern although it didn’t have a city view or a street view the interior view was pleasant with the fountain. The locations is what really makes this place shine. It’s a very walkable area of Nashville with division Street and Broadway close by it’s close to many restaurants, shops bars, and clubs. Great for someone that wants to have fun at night and go out. I also order some delivery and it was quick and easy. I will definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in Nashville

Can’t rave enough about my stay at Kasa! So clean, fantastic location, easy to access, spacious, tidy, modern — just amazing! The best part is, the price was the CHEAPEST I could find in Nashville, and yet the quality of the stay was beyond most places I’ve stayed previously when travelling. Thank you Kasa! I’ll be back!

Hands down would stay here again! Great location! Within walking distance to the gulch and honestly Broadway. The facility is beautiful and parking was never an issue. Parking was free underground with your stay in a safe locked location accessible with a key fob/garage opener. Clear instructions. We loved the coffee/tea on the main level. Never received the free earplugs but it did not get too noisy outside when we stayed. Building itself was quiet and everyone we came across was polite. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Cute balcony overlooking courtyard.
