Bardzo rekomenduje wynajęcia . Piękne miejsce . Cisza spokój . 200 metrów od wyjazdu na autostradę na south i north Miami . Autem 35 minut na lotnisko

I had a wonderful stay. Everything was clean. The only thing is that I assumed since the photos showed a balcony that it would be on the 2nd floor. It was on the first floor. But I would’ve preferred 2nd

It was great and everything was nearby. You do hear the sound of train but it didn’t bother me.

Es un condominio cerrado con gate privada que se abre con el código que te dan . La habitación es en 3er piso y NO HAY ASCENSOR. Ante cualquier problema solo responde una máquina que no brinda soluciones . Tampoco reciben Paquetes den Amazon u otros . El late check out solo te lo responden unos minutos antes de irte

Nice apartment. I didn’t do much around the area because I went for work but you are around a lot of things. Will recommend. I’ll be traveling to broward again and will use them

Vi hade fläckiga lakan och bad om nya men fick aldrig några utan köpte egna. Det saknades bakplåt till ugnen. Vi bad om en men fick ingen så vi köpte en egen. Gardinen i stora rummet fungerade inte att dra för. Golven var kladdiga av något rengöringsmedel. Vid poolen vad det flera närgångna ödlor. Rätt så mycket buller från järnvägen på ena sidan och motorvägen på andra sidan. Vi hade tur och fick ett boende nära poolområdet. Sängarna var sköna och vi trivdes där trots bristerna.

Great place, highly recommend Beautiful gated community with a nice suite that had everything we needed for our stay. The pool is huge and had a bunch of beds, chairs, and even a bbq station for you to make your own food. The kids enjoyed seeing ducks, lizards, cats and dogs in and around the vicinity. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a big plus for us. Everything was in great working condition and the room was very clean when we arrived. Will definitely stay here again!

Moi et ma famille avons adoré cette appartement!! Je me sentais comme chez moi. Tout etait parfait,impeccable,très confortable. J’ai passé un formidable séjour. L’hôte etait très professionnel et à l’écoute. Je recommande à 100% j’ai deja hâte de y retourner!!!!

I had a great stay overall. The place was very clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location. The hosts were responsive and helpful. My only issue was that I requested a blanket because it was very cold, and even though I was told I’d receive it when I arrived, it didn’t come until the third day. By then, I no longer needed it, and the first two nights were uncomfortable. Otherwise, everything was wonderful and I would still recommend the place.

The apartment was very clean and well stocked. It featured a large full kitchen, king sized bed, big walk-in closet, and a nice sized bathroom. I loved that there was a washer and dryer and even detergent for use. The location is convenient and the neighborhood is quite. The peaceful park right next door is an added bonus. I would definitely stay here again.

I was suspicious at first, but very pleasantly surprised - I'll use them again! I was very suspicious about this place. There's no "front desk" and check in is virtual - meaning you need to send them your identification and a selfie in order to proceed with the booking. However, the check in is easy and the communication is very good (sometimes too good... they text a lot). You have to put in a code at the gate and then they walk you through the rest - with very clear instructions. The place is clean and well-appointed. They have good quality linens and towels and the washing machine has detergent pods. There are some cleaning supplies and basic coffee/tea options in the kitchen. Our unit was a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom with a walk-in closet. There were stools at the kitchen counter, but no dining area - which was fine by me. I didn't use the pool, but it looked nice. I was really pleasantly surprised and I'll use this company again.

Quiet location, but a very disappointing stay. The unit had cleanliness issues upon arrival, unclear parking rules that resulted in a citation, and an unsafe bed with loose supports. We also experienced ants in the kitchen, but no on-site assistance was provided — action was only taken after Airbnb was contacted. Management even suggested staying at a hotel and waiting days for a partial refund. Due to the lack of support, communication, and accountability, we will not return to this property or any Kasa-managed location.

"Disappointing Experience Marked by Safety and Management Failures” While the location itself is quiet, our overall experience at this property was unsatisfactory. There were cleanliness concerns upon arrival, unclear parking policies that resulted in a citation, and a bed with unsafe, loose supports that required us to sleep on the floor. We also reported an ant issue, provided documentation, and did not receive any on-site inspection or assistance. While waiting for these issues to be addressed, we were unable to enjoy the amenities. Instead, we were advised to stay at a hotel and wait several business days for a partial refund. Resolution efforts were minimal until Airbnb was contacted. Due to the lack of timely support, communication, and accountability, we will not return to this property or any Kasa-managed location.

I received excellent service throughout my stay. The host was always available and attentive, and the place is very welcoming. You quickly feel at home. Honestly, I enjoyed my stay so much that I had a hard time leaving. I would like to point out that this review is written with complete transparency: I am not receiving any benefit or compensation. I am genuinely very satisfied, and it would not surprise me at all if I choose to stay at the same place again in the future.

Careful, your booking might get cancelled or moved to a different property at the last minute while you’re on your way to check in. Then you’ll wind up at a much more worn down, unappealing property smelling weed 24/7 with no compensation other than a “sorry”!

Realmente la pasa bastante mal ya que mi cerradura tenía un problema y no pudieron resolver ni tampoco ayudarme tuve que tirar la puerta para conseguir ingresar a la unidad luego el baño tenía un problema específicamente el vater y después no conseguí utensilios completos no volvería a hospedarme con Kasa

The apartment was not too bad by itself, we had a very hard time to access the unit for the lock was not working properly, after trying about 20 times it did allow us in. The main issue was the strong odor of mold and the absolutely insanitary condition of the air handling unit and the air terminals. There was a new filter installed that would mean nothing in such poorly maintained system. Also, the fridge was smelling very strongly. Other then that that everything was pretty much like the picture and in a fairly good shape. The Kasa Team was very responsive and took very good care of us all the way. I can only thank them for that.

Vi hade fläckiga lakan i både bäddsoffan och stora sängen. Fick nya efter mailkontakt med Kasa vilket var bra. Lägenheten låg en bit ifrån poolen/gymmet vilket drar ned betyget. Inte den roligaste utsikten från balkongen så den nyttjade vi inte.

Demasiados temas de limpieza y mantenimiento y nunca los resolvieron. El lugar está en una zona muy bonita, es amplio. lástima la poca atención que pusieron y los malos momentos que nos hicieron pasar. Al final respondieron con un reembolso parcial pero no se trata de eso. Ojalá pusieran más atención y mejorar el servicio al cliente.

Nous avons réserver là car c’est un appartement complet avec cuisine à environ 15 min des plages populaire de fort lauderdale. Les installations sont bien et moderne mais l’entretien et le ménage est médiocre ce n’était pas propre les serviettes et drap tachés mal lavé linge de cuisine sale pas changé entre les réservation tache mur et armoire. Sois la personne avant moi avait été très sale et sa été difficile de tout nettoyer sois le personnel du ménage fait le minimum et de son pas surveillé! Car sincèrement les taches que j’ai vu sur chaises sofa étaient évidente et facile à nettoyer…je ne rechoisirait pas cette endroit . Je suis rester et ne me suis pas plaint car nous étions fatigué et l’emplacement nous convenais. Mais j’ai du prendre quelque minute pour mettre plus propre. L’odeur dans l’appartement aussi, le bain bouché quand tu prend un douche le bain se rempli… les corridor extérieur entre appartement était sale et peu invitant j’ai du passer le balais pour enlever des déchet au sol que personne ramasse. Un bon produit mais manque de détails sur la qualité et service offert pour avoir 5 étoile Suggestion: ajouter des cintres dans le géant walk-in pas mal pratique et il n’y en avais pas Papier toilette revoir quantité fournit selon la durée des séjour et nombre de personne présente ( 3 rouleaux pour 4 personne 6 jours très peu) Ajouter un diffuseur pour odeur Ajouter un set de drap complet pour le sofa lit ( nous avions 1 drap plat et 1 couverture sale)

Such a beautiful complex—it had everything we needed. The little park was a lovely place for a morning walk, which we really enjoyed. If you’re planning to rent a car, the location is convenient and close to many places, including the beach. We really enjoyed our stay. The only minor downside was that the floor seemed waxed and left the floor feeling a bit sticky, which was slightly annoying. Other than that, everything was great.
