I had a great stay at this Airbnb in Hollywood. The location is very convenient, especially for those going to Hard Rock Stadium. The building is also a plus, offering an electric car charging station, which was very helpful. The shower was excellent, with great water pressure and temperature — a small detail that really made a difference in comfort. There was a minor leak in the dryer during the stay, but we informed the host and the communication was always quick, efficient, and helpful. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend this place.

Place was amazing. Friendly residents who live in the area. Pool / grill / family area was amazing and peaceful for those days you just want to stay in. Very clean, modern style up to date. Only downside side is, the train is right behind the building so you will hear it every 10-15 min throughout the day & night. Overall, great place for either a couple vacation or with family.

Beautiful place to stay! Likes: Everything was fantastic! Dislikes: I enjoyed everything! It was beautiful, clean, location was lovely 10 mins from the beach and Hard Rock Cafe and casino. The customer service was 10/10 the virtual check in was flawless. We even extended our stay an extra day because we loved it so much we didn’t want to leave.

Writing a review is rare for me. I stay at AirBnBs almost continuously due to job location. About one year ago, I had stayed at a room with this host that is depicted in the pictures on the third floor of a different building. I enjoyed that apartment. Although the place looks similar, it is not the same place. I had hoped to get access early, but was actually delayed on getting checked in which made me late for my evening plans. The apartment had a musty smell, similar to a cheap motel. The hosts solution was to adjust the air conditioning temperature. The mattress was of poor quality and the middle mattress supports were loose. The onsite team did come to look into these issues, but the mattress/ frame and air quality remained an issue. Additionally, there was often a pungent smell of marijuana outside that even seemed to permeate into the apartment. The host did offer a 10% discount on my next stay, but I do not plan on returning to this unit.

This place was overall ok. The price was reasonable for what you're getting. We had some issues with check in and being told different times and then after a delayed check in and were promised absolutely no later than 4:30 we showed up and the unit was still being cleaned. They did refund us the $75 cleaning fee for this which I do appreciate. However the problems didn't end here. The outlets in one of the bathrooms did not work at all making it hard to get ready/use the bathroom. Along with that the dryer did not work at all (we dryed our clothes 3 time and they were still wet). Besides these issues the apartment complex is beautiful and the rooms (issues aside) were nice.

Place was clean and convenient. Kasa Hollywood was a secure quite complex.

room was on 3rd floor when listing stated 1st floor. Advised Kasa personnel and was only given directions to 3rd floor apt. Only 2 bath towels provided for 2 people for 4 nights. Apt was clean and had adequate kitchen facilities. Pool was very nice.

The place was beautiful, it smelled clean once we got in. Everything we needed was there, the pool was great to hang out at, the gym was a great addition. Having a washer/dryer was fantastic! The hosts were responsive and they always were willing to help. Would definitely stay at one of their places again! Close to the highway, tons of things to do around, the complex was welcoming and I felt safe walking to and from the gym in the early hours of the morning in the dark.

Great stay. The train was not loud. We were able to sleep just fine. Would recommend and book again!

Apartment was dirty the bed sheets and comforter were dirty and stained, after first night of sleeping I realized bumps on my skin from what looked like bed bug bites and when asked to bring new sheets they were never delivered, even after waiting 3 days the only thing delivered were the extra towels I requested that were dirty and stained as well. The ice machine had mold so that was unusable as well the listing showed a balcony and we were placed on the first floor with no balcony, washing machine was moldy and the floors have not been mopped in a while as your feet would turn black when walking around. Place just needs a good cleaning and regular maintenance.

10/10 Stay Place was very clean when first arrived, we could easily communicate with the bot. Overall a great experience, would recommend

I didn't realize we would be staying in an apartment! It was my first time interacting with Kasa, so there were some stumbling blocks checking in, but once past those, the place was terrific! It was clean and well-appointed, and in a central location for our needs. Only 2 things were problematic: the tv remote needed new batteries and we never figured out how to get English out of it; and a 3rd floor place with no elevator wouid not have been my choice had I known when making the reservation. I will know better the next time I make plans!

The property was really nice. Beautiful pool and nice gym. Our apartment needs some upgrades. The kitchen was stocked at all except for salt, pepper and oil. No regular coffee maker. Coffee bags like tea bags. No instructions in unit for anything. Our screen door to balcony broken. Maintenance came 3 times to “fix” it. Still didn’t work and the mattress on the sofa bed needs to be replaced. It was paper thin. It would have been nice to have a bureau for our clothes.

When I arrived the dishes in the cabinets were dirty and the pots and pans were greasy. There was mold/mildew in the shower. The blinds in the room were broken and don’t go up. Paint on the walls was scuffed significantly throughout. To their credit they offered to come out and fix what they could. But I was working nights and didn’t want to be bothered when trying to use the space for sleep during the day. I bought my own cleaning supplies to rid the mold in the shower.

I read lots of reviews on this place before booking and took the bad reviews with a grain of salt because everyone has different standards. However, Ionce there I found the bad reviews to be accurate. The shower doesn't drain well so you stand in your own water, the unit was not very clean even after we had to wait an additional 2 hours to get in due to it being "cleaned". There was one towel in the kitchen and the bedding was a little dirty. Very few plates or cooking pans. The sliding door was open and we were on the first floor and the window was open as well so it was 80 degrees in the unit with the air turned off when we arrived. It took a while to cool the unit off. The bed was uncomfy and any time you move on the bed it creaks very loud so it's hard to sleep unless you sleep absolutely still. Overall it gave us shelter and we were able to bake some food in the oven. They were very communicative when we were delayed for check in due to their cleaning and did give us a gift card to use to eat while we waited, but since the reason for a 2hr delay was to clean our unit, it should have actually been clean. The floors were dirty as well as the walls and bathroom shower and floors.

The place was great and beautiful! Leasing office had lattes! Pool was so tranquil. Hosts responded very quickly, never had to worry about a thing! It’s not simple to get to the place, but their instructions were great! Our GPS took us to the wrong gate a few times to get in, but we figured it out!

They canceled our trip when we arrived there. We had two small kids and had no where else to go. They use ai for most of their communication.
