The accommodations were great except there should be extra batteries in the unit or a second tv in the bedroom. The remote stopped working for the tv due to battery replacement needed and we without accessibility for a day and a half.

I loved my stay at Kasa NoDa. I had a beautiful view of the city and was right across the street from a light rail station for easy access into Uptown. I appreciated the protecting parking for my vehicle and secure entry into the building.

My stay was wonderful. It was very clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable with clean linen. The house looked just like pictures. It was close to everything I did. I would stay there again. Kasa was very responsive and helped me with any and everything at anytime. I really enjoyed my stay. Definitely made me feel at home.

Overall, excellent experience with this unit. The condo itself was extremely clean, spacious, and well appointed. The location of the condo is an extremely convenient place in the city. Walking distance to Optimus Hall, as well as many restaurants and coffee shops.
The only downside was that the swimming pool was not heated despite the description. I’m sure this is out of the control of the host, but is disappointing when that was part of our plan.

Check-in was seamless, I loved the location. They did try to charge me $86 additional because I said a pet may be coming, but I never confirmed the pet on the additional information page.

★☆☆☆☆ Disappointing Stay — Not as Advertised
Our experience here was frustrating from start to finish. First, there were no clear instructions on how to access the apartment — no mention of which door to use or how to find the unit. We literally had to ask a mail carrier to let us in.
Second, this location is not within walking distance of any nice neighborhoods. You’ll need to take the train to get uptown to NoDa.
The apartment itself sits right next to a busy road, and the furniture is some of the most uncomfortable we’ve encountered — both in the living room and bedrooms. One bathroom faucet leaks all over the counter, and the ceiling fans are so cheap that they rattle loudly if you turn them up.
Overall, this place was completely oversold and underwhelming. We won’t be back.

We had a wonderful time at this Airbnb. The place was super clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. It’s in a nice, quiet area but still close to everything — restaurants, stores, and downtown Charlotte.

Everything was great! One minor issue but it was all good, sometimes you do things that need to get done! Easy check in because I was a little worried, but it went smoothly! I will definitely stay again!!!
Only downside was parking, with the construction of another building right there, parking was tight for a guest. I hope they will rectify once all the building is complete!!

Everything was great! convenient location and clean and nice apartment. Our son lives in the area so we may be back!
The only negative was finding the right door (there are many!) to get to the apartment and get our bearings as it is a very large complex. Once we got the hang of it and where to park in the garage to get close to our apartment it was fine but it was confusing at first.

Stayed here for a bodybuilding competition! Was great to have the homey feel while away from home. The noise from the outside pool was a bit during the “quiet hours” but was drown out with a white noise machine. The place was clean and fully furnished with extra supplies!

Loved this spot. It was my first time in both Charlotte and NC. It was a perfect location. Loved the balcony and being able sit outside, do work, watch the sunset. The space was perfect. Had everything I needed. I’d absolutely recommend staying here. Honestly, the area made me consider, if I moved to Charlotte, I’d know somewhere to go.
