It was a great experience. We enjoyed the balcony over the pool view, very quiet and safe area. Parking made us feel safe. Parking is a few but it gave us piece knowing our vehicle was safe every night. We had a little issue with the parking fee however, Kasa responded immediately and was able to accommodate us for the issue on the parking fee. Easy access to downtown. We mostly took Ubers to get downtown at a very low cost. The place was extremely cleaned and we felt right at home. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again. Very affordable!!!!!!!

I liked the location & amenities.

I just did not like the fact that I did not have privacy in my apartment. Every time you guys were sending me messages concerning every little thing I do in the apartment.

I really enjoyed my stay the place was even nicer and larger than expected ! It was very clean and well kept. I have nothing negative to say about it other than the noise detection monitors, but I come to Charlotte often and would still book this place again.

The apartment was really nice. Everything was new and modern. The building itself had good amenities and it’s right across the street from a light railroad stop. Easy to get to Noda. There’s a lot of steps to get checked in but the instructions were clear and easy to follow. I would stay again.

We were very happy with our Kasa home. Instructions on finding the place and getting in were perfect. The home was very clean and comfortable. My one suggestion would be to provide more space to put your clothes. Such as a set of drawers or shelves. I prefer to unpack my clothes if I’m staying more than a few days. We would definitely rent the kasa home again.

Clean. Spacious. Very quaint space with minimalistic, modern decor. Overlooks the pool. Amazing host. Excellent communication. Everything was exactly as described. Keyless entry. Perfect location. Clear instructions and amenities were provided. 10/10 Highly recommend!

we stayed at Kasa for 2 nights as a family of 3 and had a pleasant stay. The rooms and the facility were much better in person than the pictures. we also enjoyed the pool a lot, although pool instructions were a bit confusing. Finding and entry was straightforward, but if you are planning to stay with a car.. highly recommend getting their parking space once you checkin. the only minor pain was that the key fobs were not usable to get into the apt complex or the rooms.. we had to manually key in the codes.

Very nice apartment in great location, the owner was friendly and quick response would stay again. Likes: This apartment was nice and great location. It’s right beside the train so that was great. Communication with the property owner was quick and easy.

Beautiful, clean and comfortable place! The bed was perfect. Kitchen has everything you need which I would have most definitely used if I had stayed longer. We stayed a night and it was quite and relaxing.

Great place and great location. If you have allergies to smells this is not the place to you. They use some type of cleaning supply or diffusers that caused respiratory issues. The house was very clean and nice beds.

Why aren’t these everywhere? I am neurodivergent and cannot stand lobbies and check ins. This was beyond perfect!!!!

My husband and I stayed two nights and all in all had a great stay! We will absolutely stay again. Some reviews mentioned street parking, and I believe one reviewer even had their car broken into (which super sucks). We paid the extra for their secure and private parking garage, and we are so happy we did. It was reasonably priced, and considering our apartment was on an upper level, it made the walk to our unit way more efficient and convenient. Of course, still take valuables with you as this is a city. We didn't hear much in the way of noise. This could be because of timing or the specific unit we rented? There was the occasional footsteps above us, but that was it. Some noise is to be expected in an apartment, no matter how new and sturdy it is. It felt quiet and private for sure. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and comfortable! The space itself does not offer much in the way of decor but THATS OKAY. I prefer a sterile hotel feel, neatness and simplicity goes a long way. We slept great. We didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool due to rain, but it looked very inviting. Overall, this is a great stay if you're visiting Charlotte for the first time or for the 17th time. We visit frequently and would like to have a consistent rental to reserve, and this may just be it. Thank you Kasa!

This was an awesome little condo. It was very clean and quiet. Just trying to enter the building was a little difficult bit all in all great.

The Kasa place was a nice stay and nice area but my check in was at 4pm and once I arrived I couldn’t enter until 6:45

The place was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect and close to everything but still quiet at night. (Bonus points for the sound machine) Our host was friendly, responsive, and gave very clear and easy instructions on where to find the place, which made the whole experience even better. Would definitely stay here again!
