We stayed here for 1 week while visiting our daughter in Charlotte for Christmas. The room was extremely clean, well appointed and very spacious. We loved the convenient location which was walkable to our daughter's house, Villa Heights, the light rail and Cordelia Park. The building has a great fitness room and an awesome coffee machine which was free to use (lattes, mochas, cortados, cappuccinos, etc). The room had 2 large bedrooms, 2 huge bathrooms, very comfortable king size beds, a spacious kitchen and living room. All for a very reasonable price! The only negative is our room faced N. Brevard Street which was a little loud at night. The light rail is across the street which is very convenient but the lights are a little bright. Despite this, we would definitely stay here again.
