I like Kasa and the apartments are great. But the NoDa Charlotte block is right next to a busy road and very noisy train line, so you get woken throughout the night. They provide earplugs but these also make sleep difficult. I recommend using Kasa, but not this location!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an absolutely amazing stay! The property was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a great trip. The entire experience was smooth from check-in to check-out, and the communication was excellent throughout my stay. The hosts were incredibly kind, understanding, and accommodating, and I truly appreciated how helpful they were. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Charlotte, and I will absolutely be a returning guest whenever I’m in the area. Thank you so much for making my stay such a wonderful experience! ❤️✨

Kasa NoDa was great! The check in process was easy with the step by step directions that were provided. The place looked exactly like the photos and I enjoyed relaxing by the pool.

I highly recommend this place. Great location near good food, parks, and the light rail. I highly recommend paying the additional fee for parking. Street parking was impossible to find but there were plenty of spaces in the parking garage.

Check-in instructions need to be updated had to ask the management at the apartment what to do and how to park. It was a stressful irritating experience to start my weekend away with. Otherwise it was pleasant and sufficient for the price point.

The apartment was nice and clean. Kitchen was full of dishes, cooking utensils, etc. Wifi was free and very fast. The bed was very comfortable but the rest of the furniture was just awful. The bar stools are meant for very small children or petite adults. The couch was hard and not comfortable. The dining room chairs were were alright but the back was shaped super wide which made them awkward to sit in. My overall biggest complaint was that the thermostat would constantly and randomly go from the 72 I had set at, to 86 or higher. I woke up every morning in a pool of my own sweat and had to change the thermostat again. Overall if you just need somewhere to sleep for the night and plan on spending more time out and about, this is a decent hotel/apartment for rental. Not great if you plan on hanging out or having people over.

Excellent stay, great accommodation. Enjoy my stay with family. The whole process was seamless. Never had to speak to a live person. All the information needed was provided by text and emails. Love the indoor garage, next to the apartment. Easy parking, well worth the $10 a day charge for it. Love the free coffee machine made available to all in foyer area next to the lounge area. Everything was clean and well kept. Will be back again. Very safe place to stay.

This place was very nicely located to the rail system or short distance walk to some cool food halls. There were a lot of amenities like a pool and gym which were all easy to find and clean. The room itself was clean and quiet. Nice balcony to see the city. Would stay again!

Was an amazing time being located right across the train made it unneeded to drive anywhere. Apartment is beautiful with a great pool! There was some stains on some of the linens but other than that overall was a great experience! Definitely would book again!

My wife and I were blown away by all the amenities in the complex and how very well appointed our unit was, it has everything you could need, and more. I only wished we had been staying longer, the customer service team is beyond helpful and the communication is amazing. We will.not hesitate to look for and stay in more kasa units going forward. Most likely the cleanest rental I've ever stayed in. Had some nice basic amenities to make sure I had what I needed and more for shower, a few extras for bed like pillows and blankets, plenty of towels, tea set up with kettle and/or coffee and nice balcony. I think this is just a very basic and extremely clean /new unit. One painting above bed and could use more 'homey' decorations over time. It was a 10/10 for me with access to a train directly across the street taking you downtown (no sound) and cool neighborhood things like the Optimist Hall for grub a mile away and a very cool little adult Arcade bar that I enjoyed playing Atari, Sega and pinball for a few hours. I'll be back and stay here. Just had an overnight layover and this was perfect. About 15-20 uber or lyft from airport. A big win.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would! My mother booked with them for a trip (visiting from out of the country) and they canceled her booking on the day of the check-in, A FEW HOURS before check-in. They claimed that it was due to "an oversell" but how do you oversell when you are running a business, then when I called they claimed "the system allowed more guests to book than they could accommodate". Took NO accountability and expect us to wait 5-10 business days for a refund which is ridiculous after someone has paid a ton of money to stay here! Absolutely stay away and find a different place that at least respects their customers. I'm quite disgusted! Save your coins and find a different place.

Seamless experience! I was at Kasa Noda. The app worked perfectly, guided me through the process with photos and maps the apartment was clean and worked so much better than a hotel! I will definitely be booking again in the future. I am in property management, so I am familiar with the concept. Well done!

Check in was a nightmare keypad didn’t work and the 3 nights we were there the garage door key bob didn’t work. Had to wait until another resident tried to enter to let them use their key bob to let us in. Never worked. Called to explain but only got 1 day garage charge credited back to us for $10. Should have been for all three days or $30 dollars. After driving 6 hours from Jacksonville, FL to Charlotte, not a great way to start our stay. Terrible check in process.

This location is perfect to access the Light Rail which was about a 2 minute walk from the apartment building we were able to access local stores + Uptown very easily & in a timely manner. The unit was spacious + clean with great body care products available if you forget to bring your own. Definitely a great stay with a homey vibe if you plan to visit CLT for a few days or even for a long stay!
