10/10 Exceptional
This was a very nice, well-appointed apartment for our stay in Charlotte. Our daughter lives in the building, so it couldn't have been more convenient! We will definitely stay here when we visit next. Our only complaints are that the large community room with games, televisions, etc. was closed for maintenance; however, there was no maintenance going on while we were there that we could see. There was also a day that while we were out the maintenance people came in to do some painting. We found out they had been there after they were there, we were not notified before they came that they were coming. I would have definitely put some of our things away had we known someone was going to be in the apartment. Additionally, the hallways absolutely reek of marijuana at all times even though this is a non-smoking building. Even with these things, we will definitely stay here again. (I'm just giving an honest review) The apartment is super nice and comfortable, and "check in" was as simple as could be.
