Clean place, good location.

It’s honestly way bigger than the pictures make it look, the location is absolutely fabulous. Anytime I had trouble the support staff responded in under five minutes.

clean place and in a good location. got a noise warning when talking at normal volume, we had a group of 6 so maybe better for smaller groups basically had to whisper for it to not be alerted. other than that a nice central location in boise!

It’s a nicely furnished two bedroom unit. Nothing too fancy, and the coffee pads are weird but the instructions are clear once you figure out their virtual assistant (compared to the AirBnB instructions).

Very clear instructions on how to enter the apartment. Apartment is well maintained. Bed is comfy! Love the thermostat works efficiently .

room was well-appointed, though a hair dryer would have been very nice. room was very clean except for the bathroom (walls needed a scrub, shower wall above stall had some mildew, fabric curtain was dirty/showed wear, tub was stained). had a hiccup getting the check in / registration in time being a past user, but support was quick and helpful so still seamless to use. pool was closed, would have been nice to know that, but otherwise a great second stay! will book again!

Great spot! Stayed there for Parents weekend and it was a 10 min walk to our daughter’s dorm. Clean and quiet. Highly recommend!

Totally disgusting ! The carpet was so dirty that in the morning we were taking a shower and dirt just started coming off . The bottom of our feet were totally black . We had to stand on towels and then wear shoes. Couch was dirty and was afraid to sit on it . The hair dryer didn't work , the coffee was the cheapest i've seen and they had no sugar or sweetener The pictures make it look great but it's a huge apartment complex and it's very difficult getting to the room and the parking garage

It’s slightly difficult upon entry due to the one way street and having to go inside the apartment before you have garage access. Also issues with the lock to the actual apartment. Had to call and have them unlock for me.

The room was not clean. Dead bug in the bed with stained sheets. Stains on the couch. Hand prints on appliances and TV. The kitchen was VERY lightly equipped. We were only there for a few hours of sleep so it was good for that. The check-in process was clunky as the entry keypad is NOT by the front door.

Not well maintained and not great service when things need to be fixed. We stayed in 2 units here. 1 was fine, the other was not. The 2nd unit with the balcony was not well maintained, smelled of pet urine, had 3 decent sized drinking glasses for a place that can sleep 6. Someone previously let their dog chew on the desk chair, scratch up the doors and destroy the back door blinds. There was molding in the kitchen lying on the floor and part of the floor was coming up. We asked for more glasses and for them to clean the carpet or move us to another room. They brought 2 more glasses (again for a place that sleeps 6), never cleaned the carpet, never offered a refund for the inconvenience or to relocate us to a different unit. We ended up staying there for a week having to smell the pet urine, it was disgusting. To top it off the smoke detector started chirping and we had to disconnect it. Again, no resolution.

Good location! Walkable, close to BSU, close to downtown and a lot of great restaurants. The building can be slightly confusing to navigate but the residents are usually nice enough to point you in the right direction.

We loved these accommodations. We are traveling with our adult daughter and we each had our room and bathroom. The place was clean. Some of the towels, pillows and rug needed a good cleaning but it didn’t affect the overall appearance. The instructions were clear and it all worked out great!

Was very nice secure apartment building with plenty of room. Close to everything and walking/biking trail runs right behind building.

Poor check in instructions. Upon arrival get message stating no parking available in the property which is a huge apartment complex with parking. Same message said to use street parking which is not available anywhere around the property as it’s all street malls and private parking. Finally the building admins said I could use guest parking in level 5. On checkout day I get a message from the accommodation to leave parking tag in apartment. Well not really helpful after being messaged theat I would need to sort out parking somewhere else Really por communication from this temporary accommodation . Other than that good and clean

After booking on Airbnb we were redirected to another site which required extensive personal information. My Airbnb search was for pet friendly lodging. After booking, we were charged an additional $34 for our pets companion. The glassware had hand and lip prints. The sheets had crumbs, hair and dirty smudges and the table was sticky. Instructions to access the building were difficult to understand and luckily someone was moving in and had the door propped open for building access. We had to park in the loading area and run up to the room to get the parking pass, so that we could then park in the garage. This is an apartment building and it did not have any on-site staff. The AI messaging system indicated that we had to use the parking pass to exit the garage when leaving...which didnt make sense. We finally called and got someone in California who had to go look up the info bc no one knew how that worked-if we needed the pass to actually exit (and run it back up again or not)

The place was great. The location was phenomenal. 3 minute walk to stadium 10 minutes to downtown. It’s right on the greenbelt. The amenities were great also. The only downside was there was no hairdryer and the listing said there was. Also there’s no hand soap. However the location, apartment, and amenities more than made up for those few issues.

I am an adimate review reader to ensure the places we rent are up to my high standards. This place received great reviews on VRBO, but was very disappointing. These rentals are vacant apartments in an apartment complex. The amenities (gym, pool, hot tub, outdoor seating and fire pits) we very nice, our room was not. The pictures on line showed a fresh, clean, colorful, and comfortable room. We arrived and had to drop and go because we had an appointment and did not return until late and went straight to bed. In the morning we saw all the unclean areas (carpets, floors, patio-which I paid extra for, towels and duvet cover) I reached out to the virtual front desk to express my dissatisfaction, with photos attached. The appogizes and said they could have it recleaned and the bedding and towels replaced. I said great and that we planned to be out most of the day 10am to 5pm. When we returned we had clean/new bedding but nothing else had been done. I communicated this but they were not able to make it right. On the third day of our 4 day stay we finally got new towels that were white instead of gray and free of someone else's hair. We received alot of apologies and a discount on our next stay, but it was not enough. I didn't want write a bad review and give them an opportunity to make it right but they really fell short. We will NOT be using our discount to stay again. Note: No coffee make only an electric kettle and DECAF Instant Coffee.

Great location and nice apartment. Unfortunately check was a massive head ache. The last representative I spoke with did help to resolve issues with parking, however we were only informed at 9pm that there was no pack n play for our baby which made the night harder than it needed to be.

Super clean room. Very comfy bed. Comfy bedding and towels. Great stay. A little pricey was all. Used the pool and hot tub and that was great. The pool was full of leaves and bugs but thats to be expected with an open air outdoor pool so no worries there. Very convenient on the river. Boise is a beautiful place and so clean. I felt totally safe walking around with my young daughter around the river valley

Not even their building, no real people. Just a building owned by another company and ai messages with foreign phone calls. Run around.

Customer service is non existent, nobody on site. Just a phone number to another country. Not even a hotel, the building has no signs that say Kasa because it's not there, it's a scam.

Worst ever, not a hotel. Nobody to talk to for an issue. Call some remote location that doesn't even speak English or understand your issue. Not accommodating at all literally stole $250 from us. The building is called courtyard and nowhere is there a single sign that says Kasa because it's not even a hotel, it's a scam.

Great location. Large one bedroom. On Greenbelt for easy access to walks and river. Pool and workout space well kept. Only issue was no sink or tub soap. Good thing that our family lives in building and that Walgreens is short walk. Definitely are interested in staying here again!

great location to downtown activities, a lot of room. do the pre check in while you have good internet so you can get all the information about door codes. My cellular internet was slow and I had to rely on a friends internet to help me which slowed us down. Unit needs a full dusting but other than the dust the unit is clean and tidy.

Wouldn't stay there again. Likes: Location was great. Everything was done through a virtual assistant. I was worried at first but the did respond quickly. Dislikes: The apartment was dirty. Bed spread had stains on it, area rug was stained, marks all over the walls and the tub was filthy! Gross. First impressions are everything and this was not a good one.
