When booking online it said we can check in at 3, the day before I asked if they offer early check in they said no. Which was ok, but then told me I couldn’t check in until after 4 now. And we got the room for a banana ball game. The game times would have worked for 3 check in but put us going to the stadium a little late with it being pushed back to 4. But still doable. We rushed in to head out got back late. Noticed the floor was a little sticky. One of the pullout beds had crackers, cookies, and stained sheets. The sheets were in a pile in the closet and didn’t look clean. The next day we ended up washing all the sheets. And we ended up killing quite a few bugs.

Was a good place. Was let down that they left the broken table in the kitchen upside down. Limited show amenities with limited towels. Im sure if requested they would bring up to you or make available. Shower had the soap and body wash silicone still on shower wall was not fixed.

Exceptional communication and detailed instructions for access and parking. Extremely clean and nicely appointed apartment with everything you need! Ground floor unit is convenient and the location is perfect for walking the greenway to town. I don't love the parking pass that has to be returned to the unit upon departure so it's a little inconvenient but I can't think of another way to get out of the secure garage without having to go back to the apartment and return the pass. It was also still dark out when I left in the morning and I was by myself so I was not super comfortable having to navigate in and out of the apartment building. The area seems safe, but I would have felt more secure had I left during the day or been able to just drive out of the secure garage to the airport without having to park on the street and go back inside and out to the car in the dark. Otherwise, very great experience. I would stay again if my plans do not include a dark thirty departure by myself.

This was a perfect stay! Direct access to the greenbelt was such a great perk. Pool and gym were super nice, and it was so nice that the unit supplied pool towels! The complex is a bit of a maze but the check in process couldn't have made it easier. Step by step instructions with perfect detail plus the pictures at each step and a map on the info page. The reserved parking on the 3rd floor was so easy to get to and from the 3rd floor unit. The body wash was super low/almost out at check in and they dropped off a new bottle for us! I travel to Boise for work frequently and will definitely be re-booking through Kasa for future trips!

Likes: Property was clean and comfortable. Dislikes: Check-in was confusing. Thankful there was a leasing agent there that helped me navigate it.

Outstanding place to stay - Great Value pool access and you in the heart of Boise. The hosts were great we look forward to coming back.

We’ve stayed at Kasa Boise two times in both the one-bedroom and two-bedroom units, and both have been fantastic for our family of five. The apartments are clean, spacious, and comfortable, with plenty of room for our three kids (ages 10, 8, and 6). If you’re coming for Ironman Boise, this is one of the best places to stay. The location is hard to beat, with easy access to the race, the Boise River Greenbelt, and downtown. The pool is wonderful, and being right on the Greenbelt is a huge bonus. Our kids loved riding their bikes on the trail, and it made it easy to get outside and explore without having to drive. One of our favorite amenities is the game room. It’s perfect for kids and was a great place to cool off and escape the afternoon heat. Our kids asked to go there every day. We also love having the conveniences of home, especially the full-size refrigerator and in-unit washer and dryer. Those amenities make a big difference when traveling with kids or for a multi-day sporting event. If you’re bringing bikes, we highly recommend requesting a first-floor unit. We’ve found it much easier to bring bikes in and out, and it’s also convenient for quick trips to the pool. Another bonus is that you’re close to everything, including restaurants, downtown Boise, and even Pure Barre. We’ve had consistently great experiences here and would absolutely stay again. We highly recommend Kasa Boise for families, Ironman athletes, or anyone looking for a comfortable, apartment-style stay in a fantastic location

Great place to stay! A step up from a hotel. Clean and quiet. I finished a long ride from Kamiah, ID, Lolo Pass, MT, to Boise, ID. The washer and dryer were exactly what i needed to wash my gear and relax in the quiet apartment after a long day on the road. Close to downtown for a night out for night life too.

It was clean, cool, and very nice for a short weekend get away.

Overall the stay was pleasant but overpriced! Likes: Location and security were excellent. Dislikes: No one responded to my list of deficiencies when I accessed the unit. The lamp switch on one side of the queen bedroom night stand was broken, the shower floor in the queen bedroom had residual hair on the floor, the kitchen floor had crumbs and a discarded bottle can. Inadequate housecleaning! Also, no one came to fix the broken blind in the living room.

Great place to stay, there was so much to do and all within walking distance! Hope to be back soon.

Everything was very clean and presented exactly as listed. Very easy to get around on foot or by car. Bonus that it was right across the street from Whole Foods.

It's a great apartment in a great location. Kasa were helpful and responsive.

Unfortunately I would not recommend staying at a Kasa property. The “virtual front desk” service was disjointed and unsatisfactory. Negatives: - When I arrived to the unit and the towels in both the bathroom and kitchen were damp I reached out to the virtual team to let them know and they told me where to find spare towels. Over 24 hours later, they told me they would bring new replacement towels. I responded that I would rather not have anyone enter the unit. They responded that they understood and would not be bringing new towels. I returned to the unit to find that someone entered the unit and put new towels. - The unit was not as clean as I would expect a hotel or Airbnb to be. - There are 6 pages of check in instructions to access the unit and parking garage. The reserved parking spot number is tucked in one of the 6 pages. All other critical information is on the main summary page (check in/check out time, access codes, unit number, etc.) We initially parked in the wrong Kasa spot (one spot away from the correct spot) and had the most confusing interactions with the virtual front desk. Positives: - Location. - Bed linens.

Kasa was the perfect place for me to stay the night during my roadtrip. They were pet friendly, and my cat enjoyed the place. The apartment was well stocked and had everything I needed for my night.

Beautiful studio, nice ambiance and amenities. The neighborhood is beautiful, walkable, and the pool are was friendly. I extended my stay and would love to have stayed longer but they have other reservations waiting. Next time

Kasa was a great place to stay. Close to downtown access to the walking path the runs through downtown. Gym, pool and parking were all great. Our only issues (which we didn’t bring up) the apartment only had 1 wine glass and 1 or 2 water glasses and as a family of 4 we had to keep a set of towels washing and drying the whole time as there were only 6 total and 2 of those were for the pool, nothing huge just inconvenient. Outside of that small hiccup we enjoyed staying with Kasa.

Great place to stay walkable to the best of Boise My boyfriend and I stayed here for a weekend away in downtown Boise. The location was excellent and walkable to everything that we wanted to . Great restaurants close by. Really nice pool on site and back right up to the green belt. The only thing that could’ve been better would be to have more towels and washcloths available for people that are staying multiple nights. Outside of that the communication was excellent, quick solutions when needed.

Good location with access to amenities. Odd lack of drinking glasses.

Very high price for the place

I booked this room weeks in advance and i drove 8 hours to get there with my family. as soon as i get there they took my money for incidentals but cancelled my reservation. It’s been almost 2 weeks and they still have not refunded me the incidentals fee.

Comfortable and quiet. The outdoor pool was especially nice with lots of lounge chairs and pleasant surroundings. Location was great and free parking in garage was appreciated.

There is no clear direction to the main entrance. I had difficulty getting checked in. Apparently I had to respond to a email prior arrival that I actually didn't get. So I could never get checked in. Also, they wouldn't let me cancel the booking because I didnt respond to that email. Had to book another hotel and had zero difficulty doing that.

This was my first time using Kasa. What a great experience. The check in process couldn't have gone smoother. Very detailed instructions. They are very quick to respond to questions, and very helpful. The room was amazing. Also, the on site amenities such as pool area with gas grills, fire pits, made it feel like I was on vacation and not traveling for work. I will 100% use Kasa again.

Five stars!! Really enjoyed this property — felt like I had my own apartment! Loved the pool and close access to the river trail and amenities.

Excellent Location. Right on the river. If you need anything, Kasa employees are only a text away. They answer texts immediately. Clean. The hallways have an odd smell, but they pump in air freshener so you don't notice it. I would definitely stay here again. I can get the price of an inexpensive hotel, but have the space of an Airbnb.

The hall, not the apartment, has an odd smell, but it is only faint because they pump in a light air freshener. I would definitely stay here again. Nice pretty clean and awesome location! We loved being so close to the trail and River. It is central to lots of parks, museum, restaurants and more. We had great time! Thanks!

States that it has a pool, but you don’t have access to it only residents do also whenever I got there there was no electricity until maybe about two hours after my arrival

Ubicación tocando el greenbelt se puede ir andando a todos sitios en bici lo tienes todo cerca. Dependiendo del apartamento puedes tener mas suerte o menos. El 118 era el nuestro es un bajo pero mira el greenbelt muy poco ruido. El problema que tienen estos apartamentos en mi opinión es el ruido de los extractores de WC. ( sitio tranquilo sin ruido y lo tienes d’entro) Sigo sin entenderlo. Pedimos un cambio y nos lo hicieron. Pero tuvimos que gastar tiempo y insistir mucho. Problema que creemos que no teníamos que haber tenido por el dinero que pagamos. Por lo demás todo bien.

Very clean and walkable

This was a comfortable place to stay for a couple of days! Any problems was handled professionally and was fixed immediately. I’ll definitely book with Kasa again.

Just a little confusing, getting into the complex. But once we understood what we needed to do, everything was fine. The place the grounds, the amenities are amazing, especially pool and workout room. The only small criticism I would give would be on the balcony could have been swept up chairs and table were dirty. But that's only because it was outside, but it must be maintained. Otherwise, rooms were clean and very nice.

Wonderful stay and would highly recommend! Kasa was so much better than a hotel room, with a real kitchen and separate bedroom. The extra table with chairs was perfect for working from home. The spot in the garage was great too. And the instructions for check-in were so easy and detailed. They thought of everything!

The property was amazing inside was perfect.The only thing was the balcony and the furniture table were dirty needed to be clean, not a huge issue.But that's okay. Working out in the gym was perfect.The pool was absolutely beautiful.Being by the greenbelt was another awesome perk.

Great stay!

Be prepared to get texts to pre check-in, the links may not work (system was down on plus third party registration issues). I'm used to booking and showing up and things are ready...the stay was okay. Liked the site and location. Parking was good when it worked but had to park on street a few times because the garage door was closed and there was no parking pass just an assigned space. The extra work wasn't worth it to me to do again but I did get help each time I called so they appear to be trying.

Comfortable apartment felt so much better than a hotel room. Loved being able to cook meals and actually have a couch to sit on. Not just one chair we both fight over to sit in in the evenings. Was a little disappointed in the balcony because it wasn’t anything like the pictures posted on the property. We had a view of an office building not the pool and trees as the listing pictures showed. Overall though it was a great stay.

We were in town for the Boise marathon & couldn’t recommend this place enough. Super comfortable place that worked out perfect with our puppy and super close to the race. Will definitely be back.
