The unit itself is as presented and portrayed. good location and has what you would ever need for your stay. the grounds have great amenities and being on the green belt is nice. as for KASA....stay away from anything they rent. misrepresentation of thier pricing and fees. also for whatever reason thier sound meter they have in the unit triggered 3 times in 6 minutes while we were at the pool not even in the unit. was immediately met with emails and phone calls with threats of being kicked out and a $500 fine. mind you we'd already been there 5 nights with no issues so unsure what happened but very unprofessional. all in all if there's units available at this property from someone else do stay! but stay away from KASA properties, it's like renting from a nazi uses car salesman

Check in instructions were clear and easy to follow - there were even pictures that made getting around the large apartment complex a breeze. The apartment was spotless and had everything you’d need to make this place your home while staying in Boise. Laundry soap, dish soap, and pool towels were provided.. even a blender and mixing bowls, etc. We stayed while it was hot and the room stayed plenty cold with the air conditioning. The bed was comfortable as well. We used the fitness center and the pool - both clean and quiet. The pool is situated along the green belt which was nice. Location was fantastic too - Whole Foods and Walgreens were a short walk. In future travels we would seek out a stay here before booking a hotel. Only critique has nothing to do with the unit, but the corridors around the complex, which had a strong smelly odor - unnoticeable once inside the unit. We really enjoyed our stay.

Just stayed at a Kasa here and had an amazing time! My room was super clean and came stocked with everything I could have possibly needed. Kasa's team was responsive, and they provided easy-to-follow check in instructions that made for a smooth arrival. The property itself has sweet gym and pool area, and it's in such a great location, too- right on the Boise River bike path, and really close to downtown. Only a 10 minute drive to the airport!

Nice, and new. I loved that we could walk along the river next to the complex.

The building itself is a bit difficult to navigate but they supply maps and the apartment was very clean and the location was great.
