The check in process was very smooth and communicated well which isn't always the case with these virtual check in properties. The gym and pool on site were excellent. The room was clean and spacious. The location was ideal for us to get to all parts of the city without being right next to 6th street which we didn't want.

This place is unmatched. We like more apartment-style stays, and this location delivered wonderfully. Very clean, quiet, and full of amenities; right in the middle of downtown near the Capitol. Will def book again next time in Austin.

Location for Kasa at Waller was great! Easy to get to downtown area via walk and uber. So convenient there was a coffee shop in their lobby. Front desk was easy after virtual check-in and parking garage was easily accessible. Only thing that was inconvenient was just having one key fob for access to our unit. Some of our guests were stuck in the lobby whenever they stepped out. Our host was very responsive and all amenities were great at Kasa at Waller.
